Question: Is Dominionism Biblical?
Answer: For this life and earthly existence the answer is Yes (Genesis 1:28). Dominionism generally describes the belief Christians are mandated to control earthly institutions until the Second Coming of Christ at the "Last Trumpet." "Kingdom" means the King's Dominion.
Jesus said, "Many are called few are chosen," and Christ said, "You will be hated by all nations." The idea of controlling ALL nations while at the same time being hated by all nations in this earthly existence, is just contradictory nonsense and a dangerous heresy. A few Christians and a few Christian nations are not going to control billions of people who oppose God and King Jesus ruling them.
God indeed will do a "RESET" at the Second Coming (Heb 9:28) and Resurrection (1Cor 15:52) and "Put all things right" in the New Heaven and New Earth when Christians have their immortal bodies (Isaiah 65:17; Heb 9:28; 2Ptr 3:13). Until then, Christians need to "rule and reign" with King Jesus in a Christian America by U.S. Law, legalizing His Name of Jesus in public prayer, upholding the values of Truth, Justice and the American Way, which is a paraphrase of Jesus saying, "I Am the Way, and the Truth, and the Life" (John 14:6). Therefore choose the life the Christian Amendment will legally bring, America's children and the nation may live.
