The Unpardonable Sin
Hell and Eternal Suffering
The Holy Bible was written about the salvation of those who believe in Jesus forever. The Bible includes consequences of being condemned with eternal suffering for those who have a continual sinful lifestyle in this life and do not wish to repent of sin so they may be in the presence of the Holy Spirit, Truth, Love, and Light of God in Heaven. God is looking for those who want a loving relationship with Him through His Son, Who intercedes for those who believe. Those who desire an intimate, loving relationship with Him must learn to worship God in spirit and in truth (JOHN 4:24).
John 4:21 “Believe Me, woman,” Jesus replied, “a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem. 22 You worship what you do not know; we worship what we do know, for salvation is from the Jews. 23 But a time is coming and has now come when the TRUE WORSHIPERS WILL WORSHIP THE FATHER IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH, for the Father is seeking such as these to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” 25 The woman said, “I know that Messiah” (called Christ) “is coming. When He comes, He will explain everything to us.” 26 Jesus answered, “I Who speak to you am He.”
Those who choose to continue to sin will suffer the consequences...
Jude 11 "Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for greed and profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah against God and Moses. Jude 12 These are spots [of sin] in your love feasts [church worship services], while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; Jude 13 raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever." Amen
Heaven is a place where “the elect angels” exist, when they are not on this earth (1Tm 5:21). For Christians and Angels to use their free will and “elect” themselves to be in Heaven forever with Christ means a CONSTANT Choice in their hearts of a “YES VOTE” is REQUIRED forever by their soul’s free will. The decision to join oneself with the Creator through His Son must be maintained forever. The marriage covenant is that both are joined into “one flesh,” husband and wife. Keeping their spouse in their heart’s desire is a type or shadow of being committed to becoming “One with the Father” in Jesus Christ His Son as the “Bride of Christ.”
Luke 18:7 “Now shall not God bring about justice for His elect, who cry to Him day and night, and will He delay long over them?” “I tell you that He will bring about justice for them speedily.” We must constantly “elect,” make a choice, to be with Jesus and do His Will for His Judgment comes quickly whether it is good or bad. It is by our free-will choice to choose to remain forever in Heaven with Him by remaining in His Will, being led by the Holy Spirit, and doing His commands.
God and Jesus will NEVER change. Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today, yes and forever.” Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Hebrews 10:26-27 “For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the Truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain terrifying expectation of judgment, and THE FURY OF A FIRE WHICH WILL CONSUME THE ADVERSARIES.” If we go on sinning,” rejecting the truth, then the FURY of God’s everlasting fire will continue to burn them forever in the “Lake of Fire.”
James 1:15 “Then when lust [desire for what is forbidden by God] has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death.”
In the parable of the Prodigal Son, Jesus says the sinful son was dead to his Father but was later restored (Luke 15:11-32). God and Jesus can have compassion on those seeking a second chance for eternal life, but those who have entirely died spiritually and are willing to be restored so they may have eternal life will be saved. The parable of the Prodigal Son is an example of God the Father restoring the life of the sinful son.
Repentance is required to receive God’s grace and mercy through Jesus Christ... If there is no repentance, turning away from sin, it may result in “the unpardonable sin,” and then there can be no mercy given to them forever (Hebrews 6:4-9).
God will NEVER violate the free will of people.
The Unpardonable Sin (Hebrews 6:4-9) is written about those who once have eaten at the "Table of the Lord," whose names are written in the "Lamb’s Book of Life," and then choose to go on and continually sin, which results in their names being erased. They choose continually to sin and fall away from the presence of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. They apostatize from Heavenly places in Christ. Hebrews 6:4-9 “For in the case of those who have once been enlightened and have [Table of the Lord] tasted of the heavenly gift and have been made partakers of the Holy Spirit [Lamb’s Book of Life], and have tasted the good WORD of God and the powers of the age to come, and then have fallen away [from Heaven and turned away from Jesus], it is impossible to renew them again to repentance, since they again crucify to themselves the Son of God, and put Him to open shame. For ground that drinks the rain which often falls upon it and brings forth vegetation useful to those for whose sake it is also tilled, receives a blessing from God; but if it yields thorns and thistles, it is worthless and close to being cursed, and it ends up being burned [forever in the Lake of Fire].”
As the prodigal son was given grace and mercy, and made “alive” again, so those who apostatize and fall away from God and Jesus may again have mercy if they choose again with their hearts' free will and actions to repent of sin so they may live and be restored, and their names are written again in the “Lamb’s Book of Life.”
Dt. 29:20 “The LORD shall NEVER be willing to forgive him, but rather the ANGER of the LORD and His jealousy will BURN AGAINST that man, and every CURSE which is written in this Book will rest on him, and the LORD will BLOT OUT his name from under Heaven.”
Rev 3:5 “He who [conquers and] overcomes [Christians that hold fast their faith even unto death against the power of their foes, and resists all temptations and suffers persecutions without denying Jesus is Lord and denying the Faith] shall thus be clothed in white garments, and I will not ERASE his name from the Book of Life, and I will confess his name before My Father, and before His angels.”
The unpardonable sin is denying that King Jesus is Lord and continually denying the Faith that God gives them to please Him, and continually NOT REPENTING and turning back to God through His Son Jesus Christ.
Just as the sin of “pride” filled Lucifer in Heaven, so the sin of pride may also fill the hearts of Christians in Heaven as pride sometimes does on Earth. So CONSTANTLY VOTING with our heart and free will to NOT ALLOW the sins of pride to fill one’s heart again will be required forever to be one of the “chosen elect” in Heaven throughout all of eternity.
Love requires “free will” and voting to be the “elect of God” will require a constant yes vote every moment throughout all time forever, just as Love requires a constant “yes vote” daily in this life. “God is Love” and voting to be with Him daily in Love is required of us. As Jesus said, "if you Love Me, you will Obey Me."
“There will be no more sorrow” in Heaven means, that there will be no more people with the attitude of being unrepentant “I’m sorry” for sin for their causing the saints so much pain and sorrow. We will always be required to repent and stop sinning.
Rev. 21:4 “And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Our immortal bodies will not have a pain capability in Heaven with Jesus Christ.
Actual Repentance from doing wrong and actually stopping sinning will always be required for Christians and not merely being “sorrowful,” and not merely wishing in one’s heart to have done the “right thing” before God. God hated Esau for merely being sorry and not really seeking true repentance (New Testament shown in Romans 9:13).
To be hated by God, meaning they will FALL FROM HEAVEN into the Lake of Fire where Satan and devils will also dwell forever. Sorrow, without stopping their sin, will not be an acceptable substitute in Heaven nor is it acceptable by the Holy Spirit on earth today, only true repentance will be acceptable in Heaven.
God is a "consuming fire" and the "Lake of Fire" is part of God's consuming fire as EVERYTHING, even the "OUTER DARKNESS" exists in Him. Heb. 12:29 "for our God is a consuming fire." As everything "as far as the east is from the west" is as far away from God's Presence as possible, the eternal suffering in the Lake of Fire is as far as possible from the presence of God and Jesus as possible, as everything else, even "outer darkness" and the Lake of Fire will exist inside of Him forever. As "God is Light," "Outer Darkness" shows that God is as far away as possible from Him and is actually under lock and key. His Son Jesus actually possesses "the Keys of Death and Hades" (Revelation 1:18) exclusively controlling access to the outer darkness and to the Lake of Fire forever (John 5:21-26).
John 5:21 "For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them Life, even so, the Son also gives Life to whom He wishes. For not even the Father judges anyone, but He has given ALL judgment to the Son, so that ALL will honor the Son even as they honor the Father. He who does not honor the Son does not honor the Father who sent Him."
Re 1:17b-18 “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades [outer darkness and the lake of fire].”
Psalm 139:7-8 "Where can I go from Thy Holy Spirit? Or where can I flee from Thy presence? If I ascend to Heaven, Thou art there; If I make my bed in Sheol [Hell], behold, Thou art there." God exists in a small way in His Lake of Fire because it is powered by His "consuming fire" of His eternal presence. In a distant "stand-offish" way God puts the Lake of Fire and all who dwell in it figuratively "out of His Conscious Mind" as The Father has GIVEN His Son Jesus ALL AUTHORITY, The Keys of Death and Hades and decides who will be locked away in exile for ALL eternity. Since Jesus "Always Does The Will Of His Father," Jesus will NEVER have an extraneous thought about those in the Lake of Fire. Because everything, including the Lake of Fire, was created through Jesus, those suffering will NEVER have access to The Father. Jesus brings all thoughts into obedience, as we should also bring ALL thoughts in conformity to the "Mind of Christ."
1Corinthians 2:16 "For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the [gift of the] Mind of Christ."
Romans 12:2 "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God."
In Luke 16:23-26 the wicked rich man Lazarus is "talking" to Abraham, a type of talking to Jesus Christ, from the "consuming fire" of Hades, Hell and such behaviors may or may not exist in eternity as the saved go "Look upon" those damned to perdition forever (Isaiah 66:24). As all saints were created through Jesus The WORD who holds "The Keys of Death and Hades," in eternity, access to the Lake of Fire will always be available.
Isaiah 66:24 “Then they shall go forth and look On the corpses of the men Who have transgressed against Me. For their worm shall not die, And THEIR FIRE SHALL NOT BE QUENCHED; And they shall be an abhorrence to all mankind.” Throughout eternity they will be looked upon in the consuming fire of God's anger forever. Jacob was called "you worm" by God (Isaiah 41:14).
Isaiah 41:14 “Do not fear, you worm Jacob, you men of Israel; I will help you,” declares the Lord, “and your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel."
Just as mammals need a mate to reproduce, So God needs someone of the same Holy Spirit of Truth to reproduce and "copulate" with for eternity. God the Father found that same Spirit in His only begotten/ created "Beloved Son" Jesus (John 3:16), the "Holy One." Christ found His similar "mate" in the "Bride of Christ in New Jerusalem.
Because God breathed His spirit into Adam and into all life, all spirits will continue to exist forever. God being immortal cannot end the existence of His Spirit nor end the spirits of Earth's people. This is why the spirits of wicked people will not eventually be "burned up" and become annihilated or consumed by the fire. Because people were made "in the image and likeness" of God, they will continue to exist and suffer forever.
2Th 2:8-9 "Dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus. And these will pay the penalty of ETERNAL DESTRUCTION, FAR AWAY from the PRESENCE of the Lord and FROM the Glory of His power."
ANNIHILATION IS NOT A BIBLICAL DOCTRINE FOR what happens in eternity to SINNERS, the LAKE OF FIRE of God's CONSUMING FIRE is what is WRITTEN in the Bible. Jude 12-13 “These men are those who are hidden reefs in your love feasts when they feast with you without fear, caring for themselves; clouds without water, carried along by winds; autumn trees without fruit, DOUBLY DEAD [twice dead], uprooted; wild waves of the sea, casting up their own shame like foam; wandering STARS, for whom the [outer] black darkness has been reserved FOREVER." There is categorically no hint of oblivion of men's souls, supposedly erasing their existence. The Bible has written of ETERNAL TORMENT as the fate of those who hate God (Ecc 3:11). God has put or “set” eternity into the hearts of men, when they are given life by God’s eternal Breath (Ge 2:7). But without eternal immortal bodies, it will be an existence of the hell of suffering in “Outer Darkness” and in “The Lake of Fire” (Ecc 3:11).
Matthew 25:46 “These will go away into ETERNAL punishment, but the righteous into ETERNAL life.”
"eternal"
αἰώνιον (aiōnion)
Adjective - Accusative Feminine Singular
Strong's 166: From aion; perpetual.
The same length of time is perpetual, forever in the Greek Scriptures for both those in the Lake of Fire and those in Heaven with ETERNAL LIFE.
"Eternal Destruction" is NOT eternal annihilation! An endless bombardment of pain and endless suffering in the Lake of Fire is the fate of those who walk away from eternal life!
Just as there is a figurative "River of Life" flowing from the throne of God, so also there is a figurative River of DESTRUCTION flowing out from the throne of God and Jesus Christ, everlasting destruction and shame befalls those who will not OBEY the COMMANDS of God and Jesus Christ.
Sorrow is not enough, true repentance is always required by God and Jesus in this life and true repentance is required in the life to come, else-wise one will ultimately have to be banished and make a permanent exit from Heaven forever.
This earthly physical existence is our “training period” for our human spirit, our formation time to be molded into the Will and “Image and Likeness” of God and Jesus. There will NOT be a radical change in our heart and spirit in Heaven in our New Bodies (1Co 15:35-50). The saints always will have the free choice to sin, just as they will always have the choice to love God and make the choice and decision to love one another (John 15:17; 1Th 4:9). To Love Jesus and One another is a choice.
If we make a choice to obey Jesus, “God is Love” and will give Himself, Love itself, to us to “love one another” with. God always gives us everything we need to be “more than conquerors through Jesus Christ.” God will give us “overwhelming victory through Jesus Christ.”
God always has to choose to use His Free Will so as to self-sustain His own continuous choice to be Holy forever, and so do the elect angels and saints have to continuously choose with all of our hearts and with the mind of Christ (1Co 2:16) to remain to be God’s elect and remain "sealed" and Holy in Heaven or they would also fall as Lucifer and a third of the angels that have already fallen from Heaven (Rev 12:4).
Without Freedom of Choice and having a Free Will, there cannot be LOVE which is also a constant decision, all who remain in Heaven will have to make. The idea there cannot be more "fallen angels" occurring in the future is unbiblical, as the angels continue to have a free will. God knew what the numbers of un-fallen angels count of the “two-thirds” of the angels that remain in Heaven two thousand years ago when the devils were driven from Heaven when part of the Apocalypse prophecy was fulfilled (Rev. 12:7-8). The remaining holy angels in Heaven with free will are also capable of falling by making sinful choices as Lucifer was cast out along with the devils if they too make similar sinful decisions.
Eph. 1:13; Eph. 4:30; Rev. 3:7 verses all show God does "seal" people with the Holy Spirit, but they always have the free will capacity to become unsealed and become devoid of the Spirit, “unglued” and they have the option to choose to sin and not remain sinless, “spotless virgins” in the presence of the Holy Spirit. Just as God's Lamb broke open the seven "seals," God unleashed the terrible full curse written in Dt. 28 in the eternal Old Testament Covenant as The Great Tribulation.
Just as the angels who remain in Heaven chose to remain holy, so we also will always have to choose to remain Holy throughout our eternal lives in Heaven forever. Love exists ONLY as a free-will choice. The idea that we, or the remaining Holy Angels have no choice to sin is UNBIBLICAL.
It is heresy to think there will never be a choice and opportunity to sin in Heaven in eternity, as Love and Holiness require us to make a constant free will choice of our heart and spirit. Satan and his sinful devils show that sin may exist in Heaven. Saints in Heaven will exist in Heaven forever, unless they choose to sin and fall from grace and fall away from the presence of Jesus.
God has forever chosen to be Holy and we have to imitate and emulate Christ, our perfect example of Holiness throughout eternity without hypocrisy. A constant decision will be required from us for voting with all of our hearts to remain Holy in His presence, "seeing His Face," as the elect of God. This voting with our free will to make the choice to continue to be elected will always be required in Heaven. Just as God uses the term “forever” in the Old Testament in reference to a variety of discontinued things and practices, “forever” in terms of staying in Heaven in the presence of Jesus is conditionally based upon whether people want to stay in the presence of Jesus. God will always let people use their free will to disobey Him or walk away from Him forever.
The New Testament uses the exact same sentence syntax and Greek grammar phrase of "eis tous aionas ton aionon, -- into the age of the ages" which is commonly translated as "FOREVER AND EVER," in describing the eternal duration of both those who exist with Him in heaven in eternity (Rev 4:9; 22:5) and for those who suffer and dwell in outer darkness in eternity. They are separated from the Creator forever by their free will choice (Rev 10:20).
Now is the time for making a choice to develop a relationship with God and Jesus Christ right now at this time, or tomorrow may be too late. John 14:17 "He is the Spirit of Truth. The world is unable to receive Him because it doesn't see Him or know Him. But you do know Him, because He remains with you and will be in you."
God offers individuals Himself, the Spirit of Truth, to indwell in our hearts and spirits, allowing all that will receive the truth an opportunity to be His friend and companion today and in eternity in Heaven. God allows Himself to be revealed in a personal friendship and wants us to enjoy His presence of His Holy Spirit and to learn to obey Him as our Lord and Master today and forever.
John 14:23 “Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My WORD; and My Father will love him, and We will come to him, and make Our abode with him.” Notice it is “We” will “Make Our abode” in Christians, The Father's Holy Spirit, The Son, and the Gift of the Holy Spirit.
Because of the nature of God's Love as "God is LOVE," a similar being of the same type of substance is required for LOVE and its' expression in companionship. God gave part of Himself when He breathed into Adam and ALL life has His Breath.
Just as Adam needed a similar being as Eve was created as Adam's companion for love and friendship so God also needs a being of the same spirit and type of spiritual substance for His Love and Friendship to cohabit with eternally which is His Son Jesus.
The saying, "A chip off the old block" is used when describing the qualities and character of children that they gained/inherited from their parents, so God actually put His "breath" which is actually part of Himself, formerly His spiritual substance, into creating the very being of Adam’s spirit and the human race. It is Christ's spirit that Christ was concerned about with His Last words and it is your spirit which is yourself, and your very being, that should be and actually is your greatest concern for eternity as your spirit will exist forever and be sanctified to the Holy Spirit and Christ is God’s Will.
Just as scientific genetic speciation requires similar DNA, so God requires a nearly identical Spirit to fellowship with. God "breathed" through Christ the Lamb of God, His Spirit, firewall, the Mediator between the Holiness of God and sin (1Timothy 2:5) and the chaos of the decaying universe. Christ Jesus the Mediator is needed between God’s Holy Light separation boundary from outer-darkness of eternal separation from Him and unrepentant sinful mankind.
1Timothy 2:5 "For, There is one God and one Mediator who can reconcile God and humanity—the man Christ Jesus." This verse indicates One God plus One Mediator equals two persons; The person of the Father and the person of the Son of God Jesus Christ.
Philippians 2:6 "Who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped."
Isaiah 11:2 "The Spirit of the LORD will rest on Him— the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge and FEAR of the LORD." The Spirit of God His Father will rest upon Him.
If Jesus were equal with His Father, why would He delight in the Fear of God His Father?
Why would the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of might, the Spirit of the knowledge be needed if Jesus were already "equal" to God His Father?
Matthew 3:16 "As soon as Jesus was baptized, He went up out of the water. Suddenly the heavens were opened, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and resting on Him." If Jesus were "fully God," that is "equal" to God, why would the Spirit of God be separate, descending then resting upon Christ?
John 1:32 "Then John testified, "I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove and resting on Him."
1Corinthians 1:30 "It is because of Him that you are in Christ Jesus, who has become for us wisdom FROM God: our righteousness, holiness, and redemption." If Jesus were equal to The Holy Spirit His Father, why would He need to "become" wisdom from God? Why is the "Mind of Christ" not equal to the infinity of knowledge of the Holy Spirit?
1Corinthians 2:16 "'For who has understood the Mind of the Lord so as to instruct Him?' But we have the Mind of Christ." The Son of God with the Mind of Christ did NOT try to instruct His Father. How could they be equal? Although Jesus is God Incarnate with the fullness of the Godhead within Him, He was NOT equal to the infinity of the Holy Spirit of His Father. Jesus is the Mediator, the ManChrist who lives to make intercession for us forever.
Isaiah 42:1 "Behold My servant, whom I uphold; mine elect, in whom my soul delighteth; I have put My Spirit upon Him: He shall bring forth judgment to the Gentiles." Jesus is Now the "King of Kings," The Ruler of ALL kings and nations today!
Rev. 1:8 “I Am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.”
1 Timothy 6:15 "Which He will bring about at the proper time—He who is the blessed and only Sovereign, the King of kings and Lord of lords."
Revelation 1:5 "And from Jesus Christ, The Faithful Witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the Ruler of the kings of the earth. To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood." Jesus is NOT equal to God His Father. Jesus is the Faithful Witness of God His Father. Jesus witnesses everything God His Father says and does.
Rev. 11:7 "Saying, 'We give You thanks, Lord God, the Almighty, the One Who is and who was, because You have taken Your great power and have begun to reign.'" God The Father reigned in the Old Testament. Today Jesus rules and reigns with God His Father over ALL kings and nations (Rev. 1:5).
Rev 1:17b “Do not be afraid; I am the first [Alpha] and the last [Omega] and the living One; and I was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore, and I have the keys of death and of Hades.” Jesus as the “Holy One” holds the keys between Heaven and Hell as He is the boundary between God’s light and “outer darkness” forever as the WORD of God in John 1.
As people sense God’s gift of "eternity in their hearts,” (Ecc 3:11) the eternity is God's spirit or "breath" that He breathed into Adam and it is just as eternal as it seems, for it originally was part of the eternal God.
Without the firewall protection of "The Holy One of God" Jesus Christ, the decaying universe and sinful mankind would be instantly destroyed. The Son and Spirit of Truth are in the presence of God, and He "proceeds," emanating from the Father forever (John 15:26).
John 15:26 “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of Truth who goes out from the Father—He will testify about Me."
One "mediates" between two people, between the Born Again Saints in the Lamb's Book of Life, and God the Father Creator; the Mediator and God His Father are two different beings.
The Council of Nicaea incorrectly affirmed that the Son is coeternal with the Father, and condemned Arianism, which taught that the Son was a created being, begotten by God His Father, before the time of the Creation of Heaven and Earth.
Just as Cain killed his brother Abel over the doctrinal issue of acceptable offerings so Trinitarians are hating or murdering those who believe in Arianism today.
The ideology of making the Son coeternal with the Father prohibits the Father, who “is always the same,” from speaking additional WORDS throughout eternity to have more Sons and crops of spirits. The harvests of New Jerusalem(s) are also filled with people who praise and worship Him forever through more begotten children ("Born-Again," "Born From Above") Sons of God, WORDS, with their creations (Gen 1:26; Job 38:7).
Just as a male organ and sperm/seed must enter the woman's womb and fertilize/ connect with an egg, so the Holy Spirit of the Father must enter men and the seed (Greek, sperma) of Christ conceive with the spirits of men, women, children so Christians may fellowship with the Creator forever (1John 3:9).
The Father is the Creator, and the Son is the “Only Begotten Son.” He is a Created being, a creature, who was there, in the beginning, the instrument of His Father's power and creation flowed through Him in the formation of the Universe in Genesis 1:1 and everything of this existence that was created in the beginning through Jesus Christ The WORD Col 1:16; Jn 1:1. Just as the Universe had a beginning, so also Christ Jesus had a Beginning, a "birth" as John 1 has written. Jesus is the “Only-begotten Son of God His Father,” the beginning of His eternal creation beginning with His Son. The John 1 “WORD” had a beginning and became flesh which also had a beginning.
Micah 5:2 "But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, are only a small village among all the people of Judah. Yet a ruler of Israel, whose origins are in the distant past, will come from you on my behalf." Jesus had a beginning, an origin before Heaven and Earth were created. Jesus had a beginning just as each WORD spoken has a beginning. God's spoken WORD is eternal, however, each WORD has a beginning. Because we are made in the "image and likeness" of God, we know each WORD has a beginning (John 1:1; Genesis 1:1).
All Scripture references have written Christ had a beginning. In the O.T. there is one scripture reference (Micah 5:2) in some Bible versions, which has "everlasting" however in the original is the Hebrew word Yom for "Day." Yom is used as "Day" everywhere else in the Bible. For example, for the six days of creation. Translators sometimes twist the original language's definition to mean something else based upon their heretical ideas.
Micah 5:2 "But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, who are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come forth for Me One to be Ruler over Israel—One whose ORIGINS are of old, from the days of ETERNITY."
To understand Micah 5:2, Ephrathah means "fruitful." Fruit has a beginning, an origin, as in a seed planted. "Jesus is the first fruit of the firstfruits of Creation" (1Corinthians 15:20).
1Corinthians 15:23 "But each in his own order: Christ the Messiah is the firstfruits; then those [Christians] who belong to the Messiah, at the time of His Coming."
Jesus Christ is the firstfruits and He is the pledge of the resurrection of all mankind whose names are written in the Book of Life.

Strong's 5769: Concealed, eternity, frequentatively, always. God The Father ALONE possesses eternity.
Jesus was birthed at a specific point in time in eternity. A Day in eternity. Jesus is the ONLY BEGOTTEN, CREATED Son of God (John 3:16). Only Jesus has seen God the Father. Jesus said, and that to see Him is to see God The Father manifested. Just as an ambassador represents a political nation, so Jesus expresses the Will, the WORD, the "Image and the Likeness" of God His Father. Jesus represents His Father! To hear the Voice of Jesus is to hear God Almighty speak! (Rev. 1:8)
John 1:13-14 “Who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the WORD became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.” Only Begotten, a Created Being, God Incarnate, God's only Son.
God being infinitely Holy, He cannot tolerate unholiness and sin, even for a moment. God achieved infinite holiness in His equation for the WORD and Creation of the Universe from its first moment to its last moment of existence when "the elements will go up in a fervent heat." Einstein's energy and mass equation roughly describes the end of atoms of all material matter in the universe as it returns to the Spirit that originally Created it. All matter will be converted into energy.
Zechariah 4:6b “This is the WORD of the LORD to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ says the LORD Almighty." Ultimately the Creation and all power in Heaven and Earth come from the Holy Spirit.
2Peter 3:9 "The Lord is not slow in keeping His promise as some understand slowness, but is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish but everyone to come to repentance. 10 But the Day of the Lord will come like a thief. The heavens will disappear with a roar, the elements will be destroyed by fire, and the earth and its works will be laid bare. 11 Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to conduct yourselves in holiness and godliness."
Jesus Christ was in the group of “us,” the beings mentioned in Genesis 1:26. He was at the beginning of the Creation with His Father-Creator, “ALL things were created through Him. Jesus is "the only begotten of His Father." The first-born of the Creation" a created being of the WORD of Creation. Jesus is the only Son of God His Father. As Jesus asked for the "glory" that He had with the Father in the beginning of the Creation (John 17:22). Just as Christ spoke "healing" and miracles and said He had NO POWER to do these things, so Christ also spoke the Universe and Creation of everything from angels to insects into existence because His Father commanded Him to. Christ is the demarcation line between God's infinite power and the product of John's "In the Beginning was the WORD." In the Bible in Colossians 1:15-18, all things were created through the means of the created, “only begotten'" Son of God who is filled with His Father's Spirit (Luke 4:1; Col 1:19). In New Jerusalem in the Book of Revelation we will ALWAYS see the Father through the FACE of the Son of God (1Cor 13:12; Hebrews 2:9; 1Jn 3:2).
John 17:22 "The glory that you have given Me I have given to them, that they may be One even as we are ONE." Jesus equates Himself to Christians who are all created beings, in being One with the Father.
John 1:18 “No man has seen God at any time; the only begotten God, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him.” Only Jesus the Son of God may be seen for all of eternity (1Cor 13:12). Only Jesus the Son has seen our Heavenly Father.
Jesus Christ is a created being, a begotten Son, conceived by God His Father who will exist forever in His Father’s presence (Luke 1:35). Jesus was spoken into existence as the WORD of God as a created being of His Father when Mary was "overshadowed" and Jesus conceived by the Holy Spirit of God in John 1:1-5. God the Father begets and creates "spirits" of people and all life.
The Father is the Holy Spirit that overshadowed Mary and conceived Jesus. The Father is the Holy Spirit Who is bigger than the universe. "God is Spirit" (John 4:24; Isaiah 11:2; Psalm 139:7; Zechariah 4:6: Nehemiah 9:22). The Holy Spirit "Fathered" and conceived Jesus. The Father is the Holy Spirit.
John 1:1-3 “In the beginning, [the point of creation of the WORD], was the WORD [of His Father], and the WORD was WITH God, and the WORD was God. He was in the BEGINNING with God. All things came into being BY [Gk dis, through Christ Jesus] Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being.”
Philippians 2:5-11 “Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He existed in the form of God, DID NOT regard EQUALITY with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming obedient to the point of death, even death on a cross. Therefore also God highly exalted Him, and bestowed on Him the Name which is above every Name, that at the name of Jesus EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, of those who are in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the Glory of God the Father.”
The Name of Jesus is Above ALL other Names for God written in the Holy Bible. This is why men are moved to blaspheme the Name of Jesus by the devil, as it is the ONLY NAME BY WHICH SALVATION COULD COME TO THEM!!!
Jesus Christ is God Incarnate! Jesus did NOT consider Himself equal with His Father who is larger than the universe (Philippians 2:5). The Bible indicates God considers the people on earth as tiny insects, locusts (Isaiah 40:22). The "Trinity Doctrine" Equating a tiny insect (e.g. locust) to an infinite God The Father is a big mistake and is highly irrational.
Jesus said it was His Father in Him that did ALL the miracles. Jesus said He couldn't do the miracles, it was His Father in Him who did the miracles. Jesus did not have intrinsic power to do the miracles because Jesus was powerless, Jesus is a created (only begotten John 3:16) being as He is described in Scripture as the “Last Adam” a mere mortal man who existed before the universe began. His Father gave His "begotten" created Son Jesus all the power and authority His Father for eternity (Mt 28:18), and Jesus became a life-giving spirit.”
John 1:1 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made through Him, and without Him was not anything made that was made. 4 In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. 5 The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.
6 There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. 7 He came as a witness, to bear witness about The Light, that all might believe through Him. 8 He was not the light, but came to bear witness about the light.
9 The true light, which gives light to everyone, was coming into the world. 10 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, yet the world did not know Him. 11 He came to His own, and his own people did not receive him. 12 But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, He gave the right to become children of God, 13 who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of the will of God. 14 And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth. 15 (John bore witness about Him, and cried out, “This was He of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me ranks before me, because He was before me.’”) 16 For from His fullness we have all received, grace upon grace. 17 For the law was given through Moses; grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. 18 No one has ever seen God; the only God, who is at the Father’s side, He has made Him known."
Jesus said that personally, He could do nothing. It was His Father and some gifts that His Father gave Him that did ALL of the miracles through Him.
Colossians 1:15 "He is the image of the invisible God, the FIRSTBORN [a CREATED BEING of the Creation] over ALL Creation. 16 For by Him all things were created that are in Heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. ALL things were created through Him and for Him. 17 And He is before ALL things, and in Him all things."
Jesus is the image of the invisible God. Jesus is NOT both the image and the invisible God! They are two different unique beings (that are NOT EQUAL John 14:28 "My Father is GREATER than I. God is Greater and NOT equal to His Son). Jesus is the Son of God, God Incarnate with His Father in Him (Except for a short period of time on the Cross when Jesus cried out His Father had left Him when Jesus became sin for us. 2Corinthians 5:21). The Godhead had left Jesus alone on the Cross to sacrifice Himself and die. God cannot die, only a man, the Lamb of God can die. The "Light of the world," God the Father left Jesus for three hours of darkness when Jesus became sin. God cannot dwell with sin. "God is Holy," "God is Light," and Outer Darkness is the absence of God's presence. Weeping and gnashing of teeth" express the awfulness and pain of being separated from God their Creator.
Jesus is the FIRSTBORN of ALL of the Creation. Jesus was Born, Conceived by the Holy Spirit, a Created Being, by the "Father of spirits." God the Father of all spirits has created, begotten many spirits (Hebrews 12:9). God the Father's "Breath" is in all life of the Creation (Job 34:14).
John 5:19 "Jesus gave them this answer: “Very truly I tell you, THE SON CAN DO NOTHING BY HIMSELF; He can do only what He sees His Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son also does [Jesus NOT equal to His Father]. 20 For the Father loves the Son and shows Him all He does. Yes, and He will show Him even greater works than these, so that you will be amazed. 21 For just as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, even so, the Son gives life to whom He is pleased to give it to. 22 Moreover, the Father judges no one but has entrusted All judgment to the Son, 23 that all may honor the Son just as they honor the Father. Whoever does not honor the Son does not honor the Father, who sent Him. 24 “Very truly I tell you, whoever hears My Word and believes Him who sent Me has eternal life and will not be judged but has crossed over from death to life. 25 Very truly I tell you, a time is coming and has now come when the dead will hear the Voice of the Son of God and those who hear will live. 26 For as the Father has Life in Himself, so he has granted the Son also to have Life in Himself. 27 And He has given Him authority to judge because He is the Son of Man."
John 8:28 "Jesus, therefore, said, 'When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and I do nothing on My own initiative, but I speak these things as the Father taught Me.'"
Jesus said in John 8:28, "I do nothing of Myself." As the Son of God, Jesus could do ONLY what His Father led Him to do in performing miracles. Jesus Christ did not do everything He could do, because He spent His time "always" doing what pleased His Heavenly Father.
John 6:38 "For I came down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the Will of Him that sent Me." Jesus always did the Will of God His Father. Jesus is our example and we should always do the Will of Our Father. We were created to obey Him and do the same things as Jesus "the Last Adam," who is another created being.
In the Scriptures, Jesus emphasized His humanity as He said He was the “Son of Man” far more times than He said He is the “Son of God.” Jesus was emphasizing His humanity as "The Last Adam," who like the first Adam could be tempted and sin, but unlike Adam, Jesus chooses NOT to give into the temptation of sin, but instead of sinning, Jesus "Always Does The Will Of The Father."
Jesus was subject, subordinate, to His Father (John 5:30).
Jesus did not come to do His own will but the will of His Father (Luke 22:42).
Jesus was not sent of His own initiative but of the initiative of the Father (John 8:28).
Under the law, Jesus was obligated to fulfill that law, including His worshiping God (John 17).
Jesus said He could do nothing of His own initiative. It was not that He did not have a will or a desire to do things as He desired to do the Will of His Father. Jesus was unwilling to do anything except what His Heavenly Father led Him to speak and do. Jesus had come to do the will of the Father and He had completely subjected His Will to His Father from the Beginning of the WORD, with the Creation of the Heavens and the earth and in His earthly ministry with His Heavenly Father.
“Jesus, therefore, said, ‘When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and I do nothing on My own initiative, but I speak these things as the Father taught Me,'” (John 8:28). The Father is God and Jesus is the "Son of God."
Why would Jesus say in John 8:28, “I do nothing of Myself?” If he is God, can’t he do anything he wants? Jesus is the Last Adam and He had to deny Himself of everything that was not of the Father.
Basic Christian theology teaches that Jesus is both divine and human at the same time. In other words, Jesus has one nature: Imitating His Father God and having the nature of man. We find support for this in the verses that say that “the Word was God and was with God,” (John 1:1) and that “the Word became flesh and dwelt among us,” (John 1:14). Also, Col. 2:9 says that in Jesus “dwells all the fullness of the Godhead and bodily form.” Therefore, Jesus is both divine in always manifesting His Father and He is always in submission to God as a man.
Jesus said to see Him is to see the Father to Apostle Thomas. Jesus submitted to every word of His Father, not even speaking His own thoughts. Only the Father who is the Godhead inside of Jesus is God and Jesus His Son was God manifested in the flesh, God Incarnate. It is NOT Jesus is supposedly in the Godhead as an equal, but rather the Godhead is in Jesus which Christ submits to as the Godhead is superior.
Mark 11:24 "Therefore, I say to you, all things for which you pray and ask [in faith], believe that you have received them, and they will be granted to you." This verse describes Christ's relationship with His Father. It is ONLY according to faith and not because we are in the Godhead. Christ was not an equal partner in the Godhead (John 14:28). The Godhead was in Him. The Father has one mind, not two or three minds in the Godhead. The Godhead, the Father of Jesus, Left Jesus on the Cross. How could be both in the Godhead and separate from the Godhead? Jesus is NOT in the Godhead! Jesus is a human, whom Heaven and Earth were created through!
John 16:28 "I came forth from the Father and have come into the world; I am leaving the world again and going to the Father.”
John 6:38 "For I have come down from heaven, not to do My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me." Jesus is completely subordinated to His Father where eventually, at the Resurrection, the Father will be all in all" (1 Corinthians 15:28).
John 14:31 "But so that the world may know that I love the Father, I do exactly as the Father commanded Me. Get up, let us go from here." Jesus clearly submits to His Father's COMMANDS. God His Father gives the commands and Jesus OBEYS His Father's Commands.
John 5:19 "Therefore Jesus answered and was saying to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, the Son can do nothing of Himself, unless it is something He sees the Father doing; for whatever the Father does, these things the Son also does in like manner." Jesus is UNABLE TO DO ANYTHING on His own. It is His Father Who does all the miracles and healings.
John 6:44 "No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up on the Last Day [Resurrection Day]." Jesus' Father SENT His Son. Jesus the Son is clearly subordinate to His Father's COMMANDS and NOT His EQUAL (John 14:28).
John 14:28 "You heard that I said to you, ‘I go away, and I will come to you.’ If you loved Me, you would have rejoiced because I go to the Father, for the Father is greater than I." Jesus is NOT EQUAL to His Father. Jesus plainly said His Father is Greater than He is. Jesus is one WORD of many WORDS God His Father has spoken throughout eternity.
John 10:15 "Even as the Father knows Me and I know the Father; and I lay down My life for the sheep."
John 15:10 "If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love; just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love."
Matthew 26:39 "And He went a little beyond them, and fell on His face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it is possible, let this cup pass from Me; yet not as I will, but as You will.”
We also see from the Scriptures that even though Jesus was in the form of God, He emptied himself (Phil. 2:5-8), and in so doing was made for a little while lower than the angels (Heb. 2:9), and was also under the law (Gal. 4:4).
Jesus is the express image of God His Father.
Hebrews 1:3 "The Son is the radiance of God’s glory and the exact representation of His nature, upholding all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high."
Hebrews 5:7 "During the days of Jesus’ earthly life, He offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the One who could save Him from death, and He was heard because of His reverence. 8 Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from what He suffered. 9 And having been made perfect, He became the source of eternal salvation to all who obey Him…"
"Fully God?" Fully God Incarnate. Fully the Godhead manifest in the Flesh. To see the Son is to see the Father's representation. "Fully man" on the cross to be sure. God has to learn obedience or is it the Son of God who has to learn obedience? Jesus became the source of salvation. God has to learn something? God has a "learning curve?" God the Father the "Godhead" in His Son Jesus has no learning curve! Jesus said in Mt. 5:48 that the Father was eternally "perfect." It is a man that has the learning curve to become in the "image and likeness" of God and Jesus?
Jesus grew in wisdom and stature (Luke 2:52) — because he was a man as well as divine, but the divine nature, so to speak, was cooperating with the limitations of humanity in order to fulfill the Law, and ultimately the Son of God died for our sins.
Therefore we can draw conclusions from the above biblical references.
Jesus was submitted and subject to the Will of His Father (John 5:30).
Jesus did not come to do his own will, but to do the will of His Father (Luke 22:42).
Jesus was not sent of his own initiative but of the initiative of the Father (John 8:28). The Father did everything Divine. Jesus was and is the Temple of God and mediator between God His Father and men.
Under the law, Jesus was obligated to fulfill that law, which included worshiping God His Father (John 17).
Jesus worships His Father and NOT Himself, as the "Last Adam." The Father in Jesus receives the worship of Apostle Thomas through the mediator Jesus Christ (John 20:28). All true Worship of God goes through the mediation of Jesus to God His Father who then receives it.
John 4:34 "Jesus explained, 'My food is to do the Will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work.'"
Hebrews 10:9 "Then He said, “Behold, I have come to do Your will.” He takes away the first in order to establish the second."
Jesus was in the form of God, God the Father filled the form of God in Christ, as Christ emptied Himself (Phil. 2:5-8) Christ is God Incarnate and in so emptying Himself Christ was made for little while lower than the angels (Heb. 2:9). He was also under the law (Gal. 4:4). As the “Last Adam” Christ would grow in wisdom and stature in His life, (Luke 2:52) because He was a man as well as divine but the divine nature, so to speak, was cooperating with the limitations of humanity in order to fulfill the Law of God and ultimately the Messiah would die for our sins as the Lamb of God on the Cross.
Christ could do nothing on His own initiative (John 5:30; 8:28; 14:10), as all His divine power and miracles originated from His Father in Him, the "Godhead" (who dwelt in Christ Jesus. There is a difference between being a powerless man, "the Last Adam," and the omnipotent, infinite God His Father.
Jesus had some spiritual gifts in His earthly ministry, such as healing, miracles, and the power of the resurrection, however, those gifts are only what His Father had chosen to give Him. Jesus could NOT have been the "Lamb of God" unless He was the "Last Adam," fully man on the Cross. Jesus is God Incarnate, the Mediator, "the Door to God" His Father.
Psalm 82:6 "I have said, ‘You are gods; you are all sons of the Most High.’ 7 But like mortals you will die, and like rulers you will fall.” 8 Arise, O God, judge the earth, for all the nations are Your inheritance." Jesus is the Son of God. As a mortal Jesus died on the Cross. After the Messiah passed the tests as a man, giving His all and giving His life, Jesus "inherited" all the nations. However, it would take some time as the nations were "made into His footstool."
Jesus Christ was a physical man that could be tempted by the flesh and sin and die. However, Jesus ALWAYS chose to NOT sin when He was tempted (John 6:38; 5:19,30). As Jesus told Mary after the Resurrection to stop physically clinging to Him (John 20:17). Jesus would not be made immune to the temptations of the flesh to sin until He had ascended to His Father and was changed into His spiritual body he had before the foundation of the world before the physical matter of the universe was created.
Jesus the WORD (John 1:1) was created before Heaven and all physical matter was created (Col. 1:16) and without physical flesh existing Jesus could NOT be tempted by fleshly temptations. Our immortal bodies will be like His, existing without physical matter as Jesus did before the Creation of the universe and Earth. Jesus said we would be like the angels.
Col. 1:15 "The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in Him all things were created, things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities. All things were created through Him and for Him. 17 He is before all things, and in Him, all things hold together."
God His Father indwelt Him, the Godhead dwelt in Him, Christ was NOT the Godhead, His Father is the Godhead (Col. 1:19). Just as the man is the head of his wife. Jesus is the head of the man. Jesus is the head of the church and God God His Father is the Head of Jesus (Whatever The Father told Him to do and say, that is what Jesus said and did. Jesus WAS NOT the GODHEAD (KJV Col. 1:19; 2:9). The GodHead was and is God His Father who is the HEAD of Christ Jesus, as the Father dwelt in His Son Jesus the Tabernacle of God (John 2:19-21).
Acts 17:29 "For as much then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and man's device."
(KJV ASV WBS YLT)
Romans 1:20 "For the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse."
(KJV WBS YLT)
Colossians 1:19 "For in Him all the fulness of the Godhead was pleased to dwell." (DBY)
Colossians 2:9 "For in him all the fullness of the Godhead dwells bodily." (WEB KJV ASV DBY WBS YLT)
Psalms 8:4 "What is man that You are mindful of him, or the son of man that You care for him? 5 You made him a little lower than the angels; You crowned him with glory and honor. 6 You made him ruler of the works of Your hands; You have placed everything under his feet." Everything is now being placed under the feet of Jesus Christ (1Cor. 15:25).
1Corinthians 11:3 "But I want you to realize that the HEAD of every man is Christ, and the HEAD of the woman is man, and the HEAD of Christ is God [The Father]." The "Godhead" is the Head of Jesus.
1Cor 15:45 “So also it is written, “The first MAN, Adam, BECAME A LIVING SOUL.” The last Adam became a life-giving spirit” ("the Life" John 14:6). As a man, though uniquely divinely created and only begotten by a miracle of the Holy Spirit. As tiny created beings relative to the infinite size of God, Adam and Jesus, the Last Adam, are not equal in size to the infinite size of the Holy Spirit of God the Father. The Trinity Doctrine has been an unbiblical heresy and a foolish doctrine of men for thousands of years. "God is One" person and NOT THREE persons. Jesus and His Father are "One" in the sense of "One Accord." Jesus and His Father are always a Team duet moving in perfect harmony.
The early Church fathers including Ignatius had a more pure and accurate theology of God Who is eternal and the Son of God Jesus is a "begotten" or a created being, as the "Last Adam," Who literally "Became His Son" as Psalm 2 has written. Jesus is the exact image and likeness of God His Father and to see Jesus is to see God His Father.
Church bureaucracies, seminary administrations, and false teachers tend to corrupt the doctrines of theology. Listening and following the leading of the Holy Spirit is COMMANDED, and Jesus said, "My sheep hear My Voice!" Apostle Paul warned Apostle Timothy that the Church would listen to devils and adopt false seducing doctrines of demons ( (example: the false doctrine of the "Trinity.") The Devil is called the "GREAT DECEIVER" because the Devil is very effective at deceiving people in order to "kill, steal," and destroy the souls of men, women, and children in public schools, and mislead the leaders of NATIONS so to cause nations great harm.
1Tim. 4:1 "Now the Spirit expressly states that in later times some will abandon the faith to follow deceitful spirits and the teachings of demons, 2 influenced by the hypocrisy of liars, whose consciences are seared with a hot iron.…"
2Peter 2:1 "Now there were also FALSE prophets among the people, just as there will be FALSE TEACHERS among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them—bringing swift destruction on themselves."
Matthew 24:10-12 "At that time many will fall away [from the Faith] and will BETRAY [example BETRAYING AMERICA as Pres. Biden did to enemies in the U.N. World Government] and hate one another, / and many FALSE prophets will arise and deceive many. / Because of the multiplication of wickedness, the LOVE of most will grow COLD."
Acts 20:29-30 "I know that after my departure, savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock. / Even from your own number, men will rise up and distort the truth to draw away disciples after them." After Apostle Paul, Apostle John and Ignatius left to be with the Lord Jesus by the time of Emperor Constantine theology had been greatly distorted and corrupted by the Roman Church and the Council of Nicaea.
Constantine I, also known as Constantine the Great, was a Roman emperor from AD 306 to 337 and the first Roman emperor to convert to Christianity. Emperor Constantine played a pivotal role in elevating the status of Christianity in Rome, decriminalising Christian practice and ceasing Christian persecution. He founded the city of Constantinople that was the capital of the Christian Byzantine Empire for over a Millennium."
The First Council of Nicaea was a council of Christian bishops convened in the Bithynian city of Nicaea by the Roman Emperor Constantine I. The Council of Nicaea met from May until the end of July 325 A.D. This ecumenical council was the first of many efforts to attain "consensus" in the church through an assembly representing all Christendom. Instead of listening to Jesus and following the Holy Spirit and "Spirit of Truth," they instead adopted false doctrines of demons in some areas of theology.
The corrupted doctrines and some true doctrines were then Accepted by Roman Catholic Church, Eastern Orthodox Church, Oriental Orthodox Church, Church of the East, Lutheran Churches, Anglican Churches, and Reformed Churches.
Emperor Constantine was so frustrated by the corruption he left Rome and established the Byzantine Christian Empire composed of the eastern areas of the Roman Empire that had less corruption because of state mandated worship of false gods. He was successful in obtaining God's Grace and the Byzantine Empire lasted for a thousand years before the Muslims destroyed it.
In summary, the "Trinity Doctrine" is an unbiblical distortion of the truth. Jesus plainly said, "God is ONE" and NOT three persons or beings vying for a consensus decision! The FATHER is THE HOLY SPIRIT of Genesis 1:2. The Holy Spirit is "The Father of spirits" of Hebrews 12:9. God The Father of Spirits is SOVEREIGN.
Hebrews 12:8 "If you do not experience discipline like everyone else, then you are illegitimate children and not true sons. 9 Furthermore, we have all had earthly fathers who disciplined us, and we respected them. Should we not submit much more to THE FATHER OF OUR SPIRITS and live? 10 Our fathers disciplined us for a short time as they thought best, but God disciplines us for our good, so that we may share in His holiness."
Jesus prayed the saints would become "One" in their relationship with God the Father, as Jesus and His Father are in "One" accord. However, ONLY Jesus, who is sinless, will see God the Father for all of eternity. Christians will endure eternity if and ONLY IF they remain in Christ Jesus in their positions in the New City of Jerusalem in the New Heaven and on the New Earth.
John 17:20 "I am not asking on behalf of them alone, but also on behalf of those who will believe in Me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I am in You. May they also be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me. 22 I have given them the glory You gave Me, so that they may be one as We are one—…"
Jesus is asking His Father that the saints, "the sons of God," have a similar relationship as the Father and Jesus have. Christ's glory (John 17:5), and not the Father's glory which He will NOT give to another (Isaiah 42:8; 48:11), is critically necessary to be changed "from glory to glory," into the "image and likeness of God the Father and His Son Jesus.
Deuteronomy 4:35 "To you it was shown, that you might know that the Lord is God; there is no other [GOD] besides Him."
1Timothy 1:17 "To the King of ages, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen."
Isaiah 46:9 "Remember the former things of old; for I AM GOD, AND THERE IS NO OTHER; I am God, and there is none like Me."
Isaiah 45:18 "For thus says the Lord, who created the heavens (He is God!), who formed the earth and made it (He established it; he did not create it empty, He formed it to be inhabited!): “I AM THE LORD, AND THERE IS NO OTHER, I am the Lord, and there is no other." THERE IS NO OTHER GOD."
Deuteronomy 4:39 "Know therefore today, and lay it to your heart, that the Lord is God in heaven above and on the earth beneath; there is NO OTHER [GOD]."
Philippians 2:6 "Who, existing in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped!" Jesus did NOT consider Himself equal to God His Father! Whatever His Father wanted Him to do is what Jesus did!
1Corinthians 8:6 "Yet for us there is one God, the Father, of whom are all things, and we for Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, through whom are all things, and through whom we live."
Ephesians 3:9 "And to make all see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the ages has been hidden in God who created all things through Jesus Christ."
The LOGOS, The WORD (John 1:1) defines "everything" as limited to the single WORD, of the number of Words that God has Spoken throughout eternity. When Jesus says "all things" of the Father are His, it is ONLY through the WORD that became Jesus. The "things" of previous WORDS of God His Father are not generally available to Jesus the Son except as the WORD explicitly defines as His existence is limited to the John 1:1 WORD.
John 16:15 "Everything that belongs to the Father is Mine. That is why I said that the Spirit will take from what is Mine and disclose it to you. 16 In a little while you will see Me no more, and then after a little while you will see Me.”
1Timothy 2:5 "For there is one God, and there is ONE MEDIATOR between God and men, the man Christ Jesus."
1 Corinthians 8:6 "Yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are ALL things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist."
John 17:3 "And this is eternal life, that they know you THE ONLY TRUE GOD, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent." The Father is the ONLY TRUE GOD and Jesus is His begotten/created Son, the Last Adam (John 3:16: 1Cor. 15:45).
Isaiah 45:5-6 "I am the Lord, and there is no other, BESIDES ME THERE IS NO GOD: I equip you, though you do not know me, that people may know, from the rising of the sun and from the west, that THERE IS NONE BESIDES ME; I AM THE LORD AND THERE IS NO OTHER."

You have made Heaven, the Heaven of Heavens, with all their host, the earth and all that is on it, the seas and all that is in them; and You preserve all of them; and the host of heaven worships You." "YOU" is a personal pronoun for ONE PERSON who made everything, not a Trinity of three persons. Everything was created through Jesus Who had no miracle-working power, it was His Father through Him that had the miracle power and created Heaven and Earth through Jesus. Jesus said He could feel the POWER FLOW OUT OF HIM.
Proverbs 8:22 "The LORD created Me as His first course, before His works of old [Jesus the Son of God was created before the Universe and Heaven were created.] 23 From everlasting I was established, from the beginning [Hebrew "beginning"] [Jesus is a CREATED being, He is the Only begotten of God the Father], before the earth began. [All things in Heaven and Earth were created through Jesus.] 24 When there were no watery depths, I was brought forth, when no springs were overflowing with water."

Pulpit Commentary
Verse 23. - I was set up from everlasting. The verb used here is remarkable. It is נָסַך(nasak), in niph.; and it is found in Psalm 2:6, "I have set my King upon my holy hill." Both here and there it has been translated "anointed," which would make a noteworthy reference to Christ... It signifies properly "to pour forth" (as of molten metal), then "to put down," "to appoint or establish." The versions recognize this. Thus the Septuagint, "he established (ἐθεμελίωσε) me;" Vulgate, ordinata sum; Aquila, κατεστάθην; Symmachus, προεχείρισμαι; Venetian, κέχυμαι (comp. Ecclus. 1:9). So what is here said is that Wisdom was from everlasting exalted as ruler and disposer of all things. To express eternal relation, three synonymous terms are used. From everlasting; πρὸ τοῦ αἰῶνος, Septuagint, as Delitzsch notes, points back to infinite distance. From the beginning; i.e. before the world was begun to be made; as St. John says (John 1:1), "In the beginning was the Word;" and Christ prays, "Glorify thou me with thine own self, with the glory which I had with thee before the world was" (John 17:5). Or ever the earth was. This looks to be the most remote time after the actual creation, while the earth was being formed and adapted.
Whatever the Bible has written, for thousands of years, churches have sometimes taught the OPPOSITE of what is written in the Holy Scriptures. To corrupt the doctrines of God is a deadly sin.

1Corinthians 8:4-6 "Therefore, as to the eating of food offered to idols, we know that “an idol has no real existence,” and that “there is no God but one.” For although there may be so-called gods in heaven or on earth—as indeed there are many “gods” and many “lords”— yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist."
Romans 16:27 "To the ONLY wise God be glory forevermore through Jesus Christ! Amen."

Isaiah 45:5 "I AM THE LORD, AND THERE IS NO OTHER, BESIDES ME THERE IS NO GOD; I equip you, though you do not know Me." There is only One God. There is NO OTHER GOD.
Isaiah 44:6-8 "Thus says the Lord, the King of Israel and his Redeemer, the Lord of hosts: “I am the First and I am the Last; BESIDES ME THERE IS NO GOD. Who is like Me? Let him proclaim it. Let him declare and set it before Me, since I appointed an ancient people. Let them declare what is to come, and what will happen. Fear not, nor be afraid; have I not told you from of old and declared it? And you are my witnesses! Is there a God besides Me? [Answer: there is No Other God!] There is no Rock; I know not any.”
God is symbolized by the Mountain in Daniel 2:45." Christ Jesus is a "small rock," a chip off of the Great Mountain of God, (Dan 2:45) that has already smashed the Statue of Nebuchadnezzar's dream and is now GROWING TO FILL THE ENTIRE EARTH, smashing kingdoms and nations of the earth, including God's Judgment of cursing and smashing the United States, until all His enemies are made into His footstool.
2Samuel 22:32 “For who is God, but the Lord? And who is a rock, except our God?" God ALONE is the ONLY God!
Exodus 20:5 "You shall not bow down to them or serve them, for I the Lord your God am a Jealous God [only one God], visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and the fourth generation of those who hate Me."
Genesis 1:1 "In the beginning, God created the Heavens and the earth." One God, singular, Created the Heavens and the earth. Jesus His Son said He personally could do nothing, it was the Father in Him who Created All things through Him that does all the miracles and healings.
Revelation 1:8 “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty.”
Hebrews 11:6 "And without faith it is impossible to please Him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that He exists and that He rewards those who seek Him." "He" is singular, one God, and not a plural supporting a trinity of three persons which is an unbiblical heresy.
"We have the Mind of Christ." Just as Christians cannot know the mind of God the Father, neither could Christ know the infinite mind of His Father.
Ephesians 4:4-6 "There is one body and one Spirit—just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call— one Lord, one faith, one baptism, One God and Father of ALL, Who is over all and through all and in all." God the Father is over ALL. God the Father expresses Himself through His Son and He is in all believing Christians.
Romans 8:38-39 "For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord." "God is Love" and His Love is in Christ Jesus who is in believing Christians who are "The Temple of God."
Romans 8:27 "And He who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God." Jesus lives to make intercession for the saints. Jesus is a created being. Jesus is the only begotten Son of God who died for our sins (John 3:16).
Acts 17:28 “‘In Him we live and move and have our being’; as even some of your own poets have said, “‘For we are indeed His offspring.’" We all are created beings by His Word. The Father ALONE is God and He knows of no other god.
John 14:23 "Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves Me, he will keep My Word [Jesus prophesying His Father's words constantly], and My Father will love him, and We will come to him and make Our home with him."
John 14:15 “If you love Me, you will keep My Commandments." "God is Love" and absolute conformity, that is being Holy as God is Holy is required.
John 14:6 "Jesus said to him, “I am the Way [to God His Father], and the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." God the Father is the One desiring the eternal fellowship of His children who worship Him in "Spirit and Truth."
John 13:34-35 "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.” "God is Love," Like Father, like son.
John 4:24 "God is Spirit, and those who Worship Him must Worship in Spirit and Truth.”
John 3:16-17 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His ONLY Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through Him."
John 1:14 "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of Grace and Truth.
John 1:1-2 "In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God." Man is made in the image of God who speaks a "word" and it is a small puff of air (spirit). God the Father is bigger than the universe and He is the Father of small "puffs of air" or the spirits in all life (Hebrews 12:9).
Hebrews 12:9 "Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of spirits and live?" God Fathers all spirits through His Son of all life in Heaven and on Earth."
Luke 18:15-17 "Now they were bringing even infants to Him that He might touch them. And when the disciples saw it, they rebuked them. But Jesus called them to him, saying, “Let the children come to Me and do not hinder them, for to such belongs the kingdom of God. Truly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the Kingdom of God like a child shall not enter it.”
Mark 10:18 "And Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good except God alone." Jesus identified His Father ALONE is Good, not a trinity of three persons Who are good. The Father is the Holy Spirit that was infilled in all believers in the Old Testament (King David said, "Do NOT take Thy Holy Spirit from Me." He is not two persons (Luke 1:35; De. 34:9). It wasn't God the Father and Jesus in the Godhead impregnating the virgin Mary!
Luke 1:35 "The angel [Gabriel] replied, “The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. So the Holy One to be born will be called the Son of God." The Father's Holy Spirit conceived Jesus in the womb of Mary. The Father of Jesus is The Holy Spirit.
Matthew 28:19 "Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 22:34-40 “Teacher, which is the great Commandment in the Law?” And He said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with ALL your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the Great and First Commandment."
Deuteronomy 6:4 “Hear, O Israel! The Lord is our God, the Lord is One!"
Mark 12:29 "Jesus answered, 'The foremost is, Hear, O Israel! The Lord our God is One Lord.'"
Mark 12:32 "The scribe said to Him, “Right, Teacher; You have truly stated that He is One, and there is no one else besides Him."
Jesus Christ, "the Last Adam," had the potential and opportunity to sin and die as the first Adam did, but God the Father knows the end from the beginning and He knew His Holy One, Christ Jesus would pass the test without sin and give holy obedience through His last breath of life in His physical body, Christ was given ALL AUTHORITY in Heaven and Earth that was preordained in the WORD (Mt 28:18).
Christ was there in the beginning with His Father for the Creation of Heaven and Earth through Himself, He was fully empowered again at the Resurrection and Ascension where He was given ALL authority and fully empowered by His Father forever and He was given His original glorified body in the beginning of the New Heaven and New Earth where He is now preparing a place for us to dwell forever.
Mt 28:18 “And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” This multi-step development and empowerment from the WORD’s creation to his physical conception, begotten as His Father’s Holy One, was gradually completed throughout His physical life until Mt 28:18 where He was given all the kingdoms and nations were given to King Jesus to rule and reign over, today and forever (Rev 1:5 Jesus claims to rule all the kings and nations millennia ago). American Christians need to stop denying the Faith and start overcoming and conquering so Christians may rule and reign the nations today, before “Jesus the Door” is closed (John 10:9).
John 10:9 "I am the door. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved and will go in and out and find pasture." All judgment has been transferred to Jesus the Door. This is why Jesus has the keys to the door of "Death and Hades."
Hebrews 12:6 "For the Lord disciplines the one He loves, and He chastises every son He receives.” 7 Endure suffering as discipline; God is treating you as sons. For what son is not disciplined by his father? 8 If you do not experience discipline like everyone else, then you are illegitimate children and not true sons. 9 Furthermore, we have all had earthly fathers who disciplined us, and we respected them. Should we not much more submit to the FATHER OF OUR SPIRITS and live? 10 Our fathers disciplined us for a short time as they thought best, but God disciplines us for our good, so that we may share in His holiness."
We need to be conformed to our Father's image and likeness of His Son Jesus so we may enjoy His Love and His expression and wondrous creative acts of power forever.
God is our Father through Jesus Christ His Son. God is the FATHER OF SPIRITS in the sense that He created each one of us (Hebrews 12:9). He is also our Spiritual Father. God is Spirit and we are to relate to Him as our Father who created our spirit and "in Spirit and in Truth."
2Samuel 7:13 "He will build a house for My Name, and I will establish the throne of his kingdom forever [genealogy of King Jesus]. 14 I will be His Father, and He will be My son. When he does wrong, I will discipline him with the rod of men and with the blows of the sons of men. 15 But My loving devotion will never be removed from Him"... God our Father is the same in the O.T. as He is in the N.T. "Jesus is the Same Yesterday, Today, and Forever" (Hebrews 13:8).
Hebrews 12:4 "You have not yet resisted to the point of shedding blood in your striving against sin; 5 and you have forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, "MY SON, DO NOT REGARD LIGHTLY THE DISCIPLINE OF THE LORD, NOR FAINT WHEN YOU ARE REPROVED BY HIM; 6 FOR THOSE WHOM THE LORD LOVES HE DISCIPLINES, AND HE SCOURGES EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVES." 7 "It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom [his] father does not discipline? 8 But if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits (Hebrews 12:9) and live? 10 For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He [disciplines us] for [our] good, so that we may share His holiness. 11 All discipline for the moment seems not to be joyful, but sorrowful; yet to those who have been trained by it, afterward it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness. 12 Therefore, strengthen the hands that are weak and the knees that are feeble, 13 and make straight paths for your feet, so that [the limb] which is lame may not be put out of joint, but rather be healed."
God wants all of His Children to be disciplined and NOT misbehave and continue to practice sinning, because losing one's salvation will result.
1John 3:9 "No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God’s seed [Gk sperma] abides in him; and he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born [again] of God."
The Father of spirits in the Greek text of Hebrews 12:9. Father of spirits in Greek: Ho patēr tōn pneumatōn Strong's Concordance numbers: 3962, 4151
Merely accepting some “kingdom principles” and not accepting King Jesus Himself ruling today in our hearts and in U.S. Law, is a recipe for defeat, failure, the loss of the children's souls, and the imminent loss of the nation, and possibly the loss of one’s soul. This loss of most children's souls is seen as the situation today, and America is being given over to its enemies while Christian leaders remain adamant in their opposition to becoming a Christian nation while most children's minds are ruined and the souls are being damned in the government educational system.
Christians want to deceive themselves in Eschatology wanting tragic situation to be the terrible times foretold by Jesus before His return. But Jesus has already returned to earth in the First-Century A.D. The terrible times today can be easily explained by the Christian Leaders sin of unbelief, wanting a futurist fulfillment of the Great Tribulation and Millennium, instead of realizing the ruin and ongoing tragedy is primarily their fault, consequences for opposing the reign of King Jesus today and their opposition of Christian U.S. Law that is needed so the children may be taught the truth instead of lies and immorality.
About a million antichrist Democrats are graduated every year from the public schools, swinging election results to electing antichrist leaders who are rapidly ruining and destroying all hope for America as they are thrown under the control of the U.N. World Government and their enemies.
The reason in the O.T. there were blessings for Israel is they were largely unified under the control of a single godly leader such as Joshua. Today many Christians fight against the finest Christian leader America has ever had since George Washington in Fmr. Pres. Donald Trump. Christians should have learned to listen to the Voice of Jesus (John 10:27) and followed the leading of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:14) instead of believing the lies, and false paradigms, of most media and antichrist media resulting in the loss of most children's souls, and enabling the takeover of the nation by enemies in the UN World Government.
The media orchestrated a campaign of lies to destroy MAGA, Make America Great Again, in order to break down the nation to third-world status so the surviving Americans would be more easily controlled and manipulated by their enemies in the U.N. and U.S. Governments. Donald Trump heroically served God and built up America by building a better future for America and its people, but the Christians would not fully support him and now they will lose everything including the loss of their lives in some cases as America falls to third world status...
Jesus is the only real, “the ONLY Wise,” true God and actually expects Christians to spiritually work with Him daily to overcome the evil one, (John 6:29), and by believing Christ, entering into His Presence, and spiritually seeing His Face daily (1Cor 13:12) so to have Christ’s victory in every area possible in our lives. Romans 8:37 “But in all these things we overwhelmingly conquer through Him who loved us.”
In New Jerusalem (Revelation 21:2) is where we will ALWAYS see the Father through the FACE of Jesus the Son of God (1Cor 13:12; Hebrews 2:9; 1Jn 3:2).
John 14:9b-11 “Jesus said to him… He who has seen Me has seen the Father!” “Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The WORDS that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father abiding in Me does His works.” “Believe Me that I am in the Father, and the Father in Me; otherwise believe on account of the [supernatural] works themselves.”
Jesus said no man has ever seen the Father except the Son of God. John 6:46 “Not that any man has seen the Father, except the One who is from God; He has seen the Father.” Only Christ the Son of God “The Holy One” has seen our Heavenly Father, or ever will from This Creation. Through the Face of Jesus, we will see the Father in the New Jerusalem.
Isaiah 9:6 “For a child will be born to us, a Son will be given to us; And the government will rest on His shoulders; And His Name will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.” As Jesus told Thomas, "He who has seen Me has seen the Father" (John 14:9).
Christians will forever dwell in Jesus the Son of God for all eternity. As ONLY Jesus has seen the Father or ever will actually see the Father (John 6:46; 8:21).
John 8:21b "Where I go, you cannot come.” Only Jesus has actually seen His Father starting from His beginning before the creation of Heaven and Earth. Jesus had His glorified body from His beginning until He took on flesh for His earthly ministry. No other man can see God the Father as Jesus His Son sees Him.
The Father dwells in His Son Jesus. And The Father gave His Son His Name "The Everlasting Father," "Eternal Father," even though Jesus was begotten, a created being having a beginning (John 3:16) just as a people would beget, and create a new life in their children. Jesus is ETERNAL and will exist forever, however, Jesus had a beginning when the WORD was spoken by God His Father, at the moment of His Creation. The Eternal Father dwells in His Son and Jesus dwells inside His Father. This is why Jesus is Named "The Everlasting Father." Two individuals two spirits of the Father and Son.
Jesus is a human being "the last Adam," who was created/begotten by His Father, the firstborn of Creation, the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON of the Father, God Incarnate.
Jesus the Servant Brings Salvation.
Isaiah 49:1 "Coastlands, listen to Me; distant peoples, pay attention. The LORD called Me before I was born. He Named Me while I was in My mother’s womb. 2 He made my words like a sharp sword; He hid Me in the shadow of His hand. He made Me like a sharpened arrow; He hid Me in His quiver. 3 He said to Me, “You are My Servant, Israel; I will be glorified in Him.” 4 But I Myself said: I have labored in vain, I have spent My strength for nothing and futility; yet My Vindication is with the LORD, and My reward is with My God. 5 And now, says the LORD, who formed Me from the womb to be His Servant, to bring Jacob back to Him so that Israel might be gathered to Him; for I am honored in the sight of the LORD, and My God is My Strength — 6 He says, “It is not enough for you to be My Servant raising up the tribes of Jacob and restoring the protected ones of Israel. I will also make you a Light for the nations, to be My salvation to the ends of the earth.” 7 This is what the LORD, the Redeemer of Israel, His Holy One, says to one who is despised, to one abhorred by people, to a servant of rulers: “Kings will see and stand up, and princes will bow down, because of the LORD, who is faithful, the Holy One of Israel— and He has chosen you.” Jesus is the Last Adam, the Holy One chosen by God His Father.
Just as Jesus showed God’s Light through Him on the Mount of Transfiguration, Jesus will manifest God’s Light to the entire New Heaven and New Earth in All of eternity showing the Father, “God is Light” through Him and especially in Christ’s Face will the image of His Father’s Face show through for all of eternity. Rev 22:4 “And they shall see His Face, and His Name shall be on their foreheads.” It is His Father’s Light and His Light. Jesus His Son is a created being without any power of miracles, except the power of miracles the Father gives Him forever. John 12:49 “For I did not SPEAK on My Own Initiative, but the Father Himself who sent Me has given Me COMMANDMENT, what to [ALWAYS] say, and what to speak."
It is NOT a "Trinity Co-equal" God of three persons, it is the One God His Father that is "All in All" ultimately forever (1Cor. 15:28). The Father gives the COMMANDS and the Son of God OBEYS His Father's Commands, just as we should also obey God our Father through Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior.
John 14:10 “Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The WORDS that I say to you I do not speak on My own initiative, but the Father ABIDING IN ME DOES HIS [miracle signs, wonders, and healings] WORKS."
God is the Holy Spirit (John 4:24; Isaiah 63:10 Holy Spirit grieved).
Nehemiah 9:20 "You gave your good Spirit to instruct them and did not withhold your manna from their mouth and gave them water for their thirst." Jesus said ONLY God His Father was Good. God's Holy Spirit instructed each believer in the Old Covenant that was "Born Again," or "Born from Above." God had an intimate personal relationship with Old Testament Believers as King David cried out, "Do NOT take thy Holy Spirit from me!" The fellowship of the Holy Spirit with Old Testament believers was critical to their existence and salvation status.
Luke 3:22 HCSV "And the Holy Spirit descended upon Him in a physical appearance like a dove. And a voice came from heaven: You are My beloved Son. I take delight in You!"
The Voice of the Father was an archangel speaking. The Holy Spirit of the Father is bigger than the universe and Heaven. The Father is Spirit and uses created beings, angels, and prophets to speak to the people. Such as Father's statement by the mouth of the Archangel, “You are My beloved Son; with you I am well pleased.”
The Holy Spirit is bigger than the universe and Heaven and expressed an infinitesimal part of Himself in the shape of a "dove."
Acts 7:53 "You who received The Law as delivered by ANGELS and did not keep it.”
Acts 7:38 "This is the one who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the ANGEL who spoke to him at Mount Sinai, and with our fathers. He received Living Oracles to give to us."
1Thessalonians 4:16-17 "For the Lord Himself will descend from Heaven with a Shout, with the VOICE OF THE ARCHANGEL and with the Trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord."
God and Jesus sometimes use the VOICES OF ANGELS to speak to PROPHETS and to many Christians. The Holy Scriptures Verbatim were usually given by ANGELS! All Christians must learn to listen to the Voice of Jesus. Learn to "Hear His Voice" and OBEY Him and Live Forever.
"God is Spirit"—infinite, eternal, and unchangeable. Those three words beautifully describe God. He is infinite—not body-bound. Eternal—He has no beginning and no ending. He is the one forever self-existent. The Bible declares that He never changes—that there is no variableness or shadow of turning with Him (James 1:17). God the Father never changes.
Jesus has a beginning as written in Hebrews 13:8 "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." It does NOT say Jesus existed from "everlasting" but had a beginning "yesterday" before the Creation of Heaven and Earth. Not from everlasting, but had His beginning was "Yesterday."
The gracious gift of Jesus being sanctified as we repent of sin, and becoming Holy as God is Holy is why "every word shall be judged." Anything beyond "yes and no" are sin.
Matthew 5:36 "Nor should you swear by your head, for you cannot make a single hair white or black. 37 Simply let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No,’ ‘No.’ Anything more comes from the evil one. To speak oaths and vows to the Lord that He did not require one to make gives space for the evil one to have a place in one's life.
As James writes the "tongue" is required for obedience to God and Jesus today and forever. This is why God gives the "greater gifts" of "speaking in tongues" (1Cor. 12:30-31) so our tongues and spirit will learn to become Holy as God the Father is Holy.
The "greater gift" (1Cor. 12:30-31) of the Holy Spirit is critical for the spiritual development of Christians. John 16:13 “But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come."
Jesus could not command the angels to save Him, He had to ASK His Father to send the angels. Mt 26:53 “Or do you think that I cannot APPEAL to My Father, and He will at once put at My disposal more than twelve legions of angels?" As 1Cor. 15:28 has written when Christ returns then "the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under Him, so that God His Father may be All in All."
Only what Christians express and do of the Will of the Father is what we will express in eternity in Christ Jesus. It is the Will of Jesus to "bear much fruit" (John 15:8; Galatians 5:22-23).
John 15:7 "If you remain in Me and My words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you. 8 This is to My Father’s glory, that you BEAR MUCH FRUIT, proving yourselves to be My disciples. 9 As the Father has loved Me, so have I loved you. Remain in My love."
Two millennia ago, after the Cross and Christ’s resurrection, Jesus was given ALL AUTHORITY in Heaven and on Earth, including sending "twelve legions" of angels, whenever He wishes, to establish and rule God's Kingdom on Earth. It is now "The Kingdom Age" with King Jesus ruling today and every day! Mt 28:18 "And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority and power has been given to Me in Heaven and on earth." Rev 1:5b King of Kings Jesus is already supreme ruler of all of earth's kings and nations. It is a tragedy that pastors twisted the Scriptures to the destruction of the nations so because of the sin of unbelief, or rebellion, the Christian leaders teach against having Christian nations, and they oppose Christian U.S. Law, and as a result, they oppose establishing the Kingdom of God and Jesus upon earth, and are collectively guilty for bringing the Curse of God is upon America for ruin and the brainwashing of the nation's children in the public schools... Most children are losing their souls because Christian leaders oppose King Jesus reigning in the government and in U.S. Law.
Christ exists in the "New Heaven and Earth" and right now and with God's authority and power He is now preparing "a place" or dwelling for each believer and Christian friend of God. Christ is the only available habitat, and tabernacle, for our dwelling with Him in eternity if one truly wants His friendship and the help of His Father and Creator forever and ever. If someone tries to come by another way or by way of their own merits and works, they will only achieve the final destination of "outer darkness" they desired by forfeiting God's estate and habitat for mankind's existence and friendship and in this life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
John 14:6 Jesus said, "I Am The Way, The Truth, and The Life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." There is no other pathway to God except through Jesus Christ forever.
There is no other religion or name men may call upon and be saved. Acts 4:12 “And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under Heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved.” This is why Jesus the ONLY Name given by God the Father is illegal in government, illegal in public schools, and illegal in the workplace by U.S. Law. This is why the Name of Jesus is blasphemed by many people as they are influenced by demons because the Name of Jesus is the ONLY KEY to the Way to God and obtaining eternal salvation and happiness.
Philippians 2:3-12 “Do nothing from selfishness or empty conceit, but with humility of mind let each of you regard one another as more important than himself; do not merely look out for your own personal interests, but also for the interests of others. v5 Have this ATTITUDE in yourselves which was also in Christ Jesus, who, although He EXISTED IN THE FORM OF GOD, DID NOT REGARD EQUALITY with God a thing to be grasped, but EMPTIED HIMSELF, taking the form of a BOND-SERVANT, and being made in the likeness of men. And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself by becoming OBEDIENT TO THE POINT OF DEATH, even death on a cross. Therefore also God highly exalted Him and bestowed on Him the Name which is above every name, that at the Name of Jesus, EVERY KNEE SHOULD BOW, of those who are in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth, and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. So then, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your salvation with fear and trembling.”
Jesus did NOT regard Himself EQUAL to God His Father and neither should you regard Jesus EQUAL to His Father (Philippians 2:5).
Christ emptied Himself so the Father in Him could be “all in all” everything possible in Christ’s life. Everything the Father has expressed of Himself in the WORD is expressed through His Son Jesus Christ. Christ is in the “form of God” and His Father filled Jesus who is the “form,” who is the Temple of His God His Father.
John 2:40 “For this is the Will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him, may have Eternal Life; and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”
John 2:19 “Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.” Certainly, it was "God" who raised the body of His Son, the Temple of the Father's Spirit (Rom. 10:9, 1Pet. 1:21), and Jesus is God. The Father raised Jesus Christ up (Gal. 1:1; Eph. 1:17, 20). The Father, the Holy Spirit, raised His Son up (Romans 8:11).
John 10:18 "No one takes it [my life] from me, but I lay it down of my own accord. I have AUTHORITY to lay it down and AUTHORITY to take it up again. This COMMAND I received from my Father.” It was the Spirit of the Father that raised Christ from the dead (Romans 8:11). Christ ONLY had AUTHORITY of His Father to raise Himself from the dead. It was not Christ's Spirit who did it but it was the Spirit of His Father who did the resurrection.
God CANNOT die, but His human Son died.
His Temple and dwelling, the Son of Man, though men are gods as Jesus said, men die too (John 10:34-35; Psalm 82:6-7). Christ died and could not raise Himself from the dead, but only had the AUTHORITY. It was the Father who raised Jesus from the dead (Romans 8:11). Christ was prophesying the WORDS of His Father in the grammar of the “first person” voice of His Father when He said he would raise His Father’s Temple in three days (John 2:19). As the Father said the Son was His dwelling or Temple, Christians are also the “Temple of God” in a similar manner (1Cor 6:9). However in contrast to N.T. Christians, Christ has the fullness of the “Godhead” (KJV Col 2:9) dwelling in him and unlimited amounts of Holy Spirit of His Father.
Colossians 2:9-10 “For in Him all the fulness of Deity dwells in bodily form, and in Him you have been made complete, and He is the Head over all rule and authority.”
Young's Literal Translation
Colossians 2:9 "because in him doth tabernacle all the fulness of the Godhead bodily, 10 and ye are in him made full, who is the head of all principality and authority," Jesus is the building, the tabernacle of His Father, but in a lesser manner, (Not all the "fullness") every Christian is the Tabernacle, "The Temple of God" (John 14:23 Jesus and His Father dwells in us).
“Deity” Col 2:9 Strong’s 2320 theotes
from 2316; TDNT - 3:119,322;
KJV - Godhead 1; 1
1) deity
1a) the state of being God, Godhead
Everything the Father is in the WORD is expressed as God in His Son Jesus Christ forever…
John 6:40 “For this is the will of My Father, that everyone who beholds the Son and believes in Him, may have eternal life; and I Myself will raise him up on the last day.”
John 6:54 “He who eats My flesh and drinks My blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up on the last day.” Just as the Heavens and Earth were created by the WORD the Son, so the resurrection of dead by the authority given to the Son will occur at “The Last Trumpet.”
John 10:17-18 “For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. “No one has taken it away from Me, but I lay it down on My own initiative. I have authority to lay it down, and I have authority to take it up again. THIS COMMANDMENT I RECEIVED FROM MY FATHER.” Jesus received AUTHORITY and POWER from God His Father to resurrect Himself from the grave, from Hades in Paradise where He preached the Gospel to those in captivity waiting for the Messiah. It is the Father who gave this authority and power to His Son to be the resurrection then, now, and forever.
God the Father exists forever and cannot die, even for a moment, it was His human Son Jesus Christ who died upon the cross. That is why the Father actually left His Son on the Cross as the Son, in His Father's sight because Jesus Christ “became sin” (2Corinthians 5:21) so to fulfill God’s absolute command to become Holy for His absolute obedience to death. "God is Holy," "Always the Same" and CANNOT become "sin" ever!
2Corinthians 5:21 "For our sake He made Him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God." How can God be made sin for our sake? The answer is Jesus was "The Last Adam," a mortal-human-being who now lives forever to make intercession for the rest of us.
Jesus became sin that we might become the righteousness of Jesus. God cannot sin, or be tempted to sin, but a mere mortal can be tempted to sin and commit sin. Jesus Christ resisted the temptation to sin and now is in the presence of His Heavenly Father. A place where no mortal human will ever have (John 8:21).
John 8:21 "Again, Jesus said to them, "I am going away, and you will seek Me, and you will die in your sins. Where I am going, you cannot come." Only a holy sinless glorified man can be in the presence of a "Holy, Holy, Holy" God.
Mark 15:34 “And at the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? Which is, being interpreted, My God, My God, why hast thou forsaken Me?” The Father left His Son because God the Father could not die, only a human being can die. Jesus is “The Last Adam” (1Cor. 15:45) fulfilling the sacrifice of His life as the Passover Lamb of God for the sins of mankind. Also, The Father could not tolerate sin and the Son Jesus Christ became or carried the sin of all that He might draw "All men to Me" and to His Father. God cannot become sin, only a man can become sin. God hates sin, God could NOT look upon His Son because He became sin. God the Son is actually the Son of God, God incarnate, the "Temple of God." A Holy God CANNOT "become sin" as Jesus did, a man became sin and NOT GOD. The Father cannot tolerate sin and left His Son to die alone on the Cross. "The Last Adam" is Jesus, a created man, "The Holy One," NOT GOD THE SON. To see God the Father is done by seeing "The Son of God."
Psalm 97:10 "O you who love the Lord, hate evil! He preserves the lives of his saints; He delivers them from the hand of the wicked."
Proverbs 6:16-19 "There are six things that the Lord hates, seven that are an abomination to him: haughty eyes, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, a heart that devises wicked plans, feet that make haste to run to evil, a false witness who breathes out lies, and one who sows discord among brothers."
Proverbs 8:13 "The fear of the Lord is hatred of evil. Pride and arrogance and the way of evil and perverted speech I hate."
Isaiah 60:15 "Whereas you have been forsaken and hated, with no one passing through, I will make you majestic forever, a joy from age to age." Jesus went from sin and death to majesty forever above Heaven and Earth.
Ephesians 4:10 "The One having descended is also the same One having ascended above ALL the Heavens so that He might fill ALL things."
2Corinthians 5:21 "God made Him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in Him we might become the righteousness of God."
Living "a good life" is not good enough! Jesus calls those who believe in foreign religions "thieves and liars" where many believe they may come to salvation through a different path and process. Jesus is the ONLY WAY to Salvation, eternal life, and Heaven.
God ALWAYS balances His Equations! One WORD of God equals The WORD of Jesus Christ who is ONE with His Father. One infinity equals balances the infinity through His Son Jesus of the entire Creation of Heaven and the Lake of Fire. Throughout eternity and infinity of the Creation through Jesus the equation is infinitely balanced, the price was paid on the cross by Christ. All vain philosophical arguments are useless imaginations and are of no value to save one's soul.
Just as a human being is far greater than the WORDs he speaks so Our Heavenly Father is infinitely greater than the WORD He spoke in John 1 that resulted in the creation of His Son Christ Jesus whom the Father references as God. Everything the Father spoke in the defined WORD (John 1:1) is revealed or will be revealed throughout eternity in His Son The WORD of God.
Just as men who speak a "word," speaking a word is only a small part of one's existence of speaking thousands of words every day, our Heavenly Father spoke His WORD in John 1:1 and His WORD is ONLY a small part of His infinite existence. God is larger than the universe and His eternal Word to an insect-sized man is sized for tiny beings (Isaiah 40:22). The Bible describes people as "locusts" that devour each other and eat the spiritual "flesh and blood" of Christ.
Men are created in the “image and likeness of God” and as a man speaks many WORDS in his lifetime, Our Heavenly Father has spoken many WORDS throughout eternity. Each WORD has their own eternal Heaven, Universe, and Earth to reign over for all of eternity.
Jesus spoke of “born again” humans as “the harvest” and each created universe has another harvest of souls that are created to love and worship their Creator in “Spirit and Truth.”
John 4:24 "God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.”
To worship God “in Spirit and Truth” means in the spirits, minds, and hearts of Christians. Physical locations, such as Church buildings or a geopolitical location such as Jerusalem in the nation of Israel is NOT required. Our physical bodies are like seed pods to be eventually discarded, as written in 1Corinthians 15:35-38 when believers inherit their eternal bodies.
“Flesh and Blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God.” 1Cor. 15 has the flesh being disposed of and the saints are given eternal spiritual bodies, like Jesus and perhaps similar to angels' bodies in the presence of God the Father. There will be no physical matter in Heaven in eternity written in the Scripture. This Universe is similar to a reproductive “Womb” of God that has to be dissolved from matter and recreated by and for each “WORD” of God throughout eternity.
Ultimately “God is One” and He is the Heavenly Father who is Creator of all life through the cooperation and being of His Son (Col 1:16). For in Him ALL things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; ALL things have been created through Him and for Him.” Christianity believes in monotheism and not in tritheism. Christ is “The Holy One” who is the “only begotten” of the Father and was there in the beginning with His Father after His initial creation.
Judaism and Islam believe in monotheism, and one God, and so does Christianity. The dogma of the Trinity is an unbiblical heresy. It is a stumbling block to Jews and those of other religions to try to change the Bible to a Trinity of equal unique beings when in fact God Almighty is sovereign and all other beings are created by Him and are subordinate to Him. Jesus Christ and all humans are like insects (Isaiah 40:22) to the Father who spoke the WORD (John 1:1).
God the Father being always the same, has spoken many WORDS as in John 1:1 throughout eternity. Therefore in Genesis 1:26 “LET US” make man is probably are the other WORDS, the Holy Ones of innumerable series of creations throughout eternity working to continue God’s WORK throughout eternity.
Everyone and everything else is CREATED and are CREATIONS of the sole Creator God The Father. Just as humans speak thousands of words daily, so God speaks more than the ONE single WORD written of in John chapter one. In Genesis 1:26 "Let us make man in our own image and likeness" are probably previous WORDS or infinite series of WORDS of God that have respectively their own dimensions of existence and creations, agreeing with God the Father Creator speaking the WORD for new "Heavens and Earth" to dwell in, just as Christ is the unique Son of God begotten by The Father which is the Holy Spirit written of in Genesis 1 and in Luke 1:35 the angel Gabriel said God and “The Holy Spirit” were one in the same being who Fathered Jesus Christ in Mary His mother.
The Universe may be viewed as a giant womb or incubation chamber for this harvest of people's spirits whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life and they are The Bride of Christ for this particular WORD we know as Jesus Christ (John 1:1).
“The Holy Spirit” and the Father of Jesus are the same person or being. “God is Spirit” and He is Holy! The “gift of the Holy Spirit” sent in Acts 2:3-4, is an additional created being who is CREATED by the Father, “The Holy Spirit.” The Father of Jesus is The Holy Spirit, and He speaks on His own initiative and He has spoken to His Son Christ Jesus throughout Christ’s life and ministry on Earth.
The “Gift of the Holy Spirit” cannot speak on His own initiative, but speaks what God and Jesus tell Him to speak. John 16:13 “But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the Truth; for He will NOT SPEAK ON HIS OWN initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.” The created being, the Paracletos (Spanish) or “Parakletos” transliterated from the Greek, Advocate, or the “Comforter,” listens to what Jesus is speaking and repeats it to those who have waited on the Father and Jesus and as a result, those who have received the Gift of the Holy Spirit and are usually more willing to listen to Him.
Luke 1:35 "And the angel [Gabriel] answered and said to her, “THE HOLY SPIRIT will come upon you, and the power of the Highest will overshadow you; therefore, also, that Holy One who is to be born will be called the Son of God."
Acts 5 has written about the sin of lying to the Holy Spirit is the same as lying to God and is the same “Father” conceived Christ in Mary is God whom they lied to about church donations.
The "gift of the Holy Spirit," John 16:13 "who cannot even speak on His own initiative" is not the same Spirit the Father is who is the primary Holy Spirit. The gift of the Holy Spirit, the Promise of the Father is a created being just as all ministering spirits are created beings. John 16:13 “But when He, the Spirit of truth, comes, He will guide you into all the Truth; for He will NOT SPEAK ON HIS OWN, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come.” The Spirit of Truth is a created being, but He speaks ONLY what He hears from the Father and Jesus The Truth.
John 7:38 "Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said: ‘Streams of living water will flow from within him.’ ” 39 He was speaking about the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were later to receive. For the Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus had not yet been glorified." This means that the GIFT of the Holy Spirit could NOT have been present on earth in the Old Testament. This fact shows the GIFT of the Holy Spirit could NOT exist on Earth until Jesus was glorified.
John 7:38 "Whoever believes in Me, as the Scripture has said: ‘Streams of living water will flow from within him.’ ” 39 He was speaking about the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were later to receive. For the [The Comforter, The Advocate, The GIFT OF THE HOLY] Spirit had not yet been given, because Jesus had not yet been glorified."
The Father, Who is the Holy Spirit indwelt believers in the Old Testament, making them "Born From Above" or "Born Again."
The Father is the Holy Spirit who conceived Jesus in Mary's womb and hovered above the waters in Genesis. It was the Father who was in all "born from above" believers in the Old Testament (see Holy Spirit's Indwelling in O.T.).
The Father infilled Himself into EVERY Old Testament BELIEVER that wanted to be filled with The Holy Spirit.
It was the Father who is the Holy Spirit who is bigger than the universe that made ALL BELIEVERS from Adam to us "BORN AGAIN" or more accurately "BORN FROM ABOVE." Just as the Holy Spirit conceived His Son in Mary, every believer has been "conceived" by the Holy Spirit in the Old and New Testament. If the Father and The Holy Spirit were "two persons" of the Trinity then Jesus would have "two fathers."
The Holy Spirit "overshadowed" and conceived the baby Jesus in Mary. Jesus said God His Father conceived Him. God the Father and the Holy Spirit Who conceived Jesus are one in the same being, they are the same person.
The gift of the Holy Spirit "hears" what the Father is saying and then repeats it to Christians (John 16:13). The Father is the Creator and the great Holy Spirit of the very being of the Father Himself who fathered His Son in the Virgin Mary (Luke 1:35).
John 16:13 "But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the Truth; for He will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever He hears, He will speak; and He will disclose to you what is to come. But when He, the Spirit of Truth, comes, He will guide you into all the truth." The gift of the Holy Spirit is ANOTHER being who listens to what God the Father has to say through His Son to us. Although the disciples were filled with the Holy Spirit of God the Father, there was yet "another" gift of the Holy Spirit that was given at Pentecost (John 20:22).
John 14:16 "16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you ANOTHER ADVOCATE to help you and be with you forever— 17 The Spirit of Truth. The world cannot accept Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him."
Jesus said He had a "beginning," in John 17:5 and He was uniquely "begotten" by His Father and it is the WORD of God (John 1:14,18; 3:16; 3:18 Hebrews 11:17; 1John 4:9).
"JESUS is ALWAYS THE SAME, YESTERDAY, TODAY, YES FOREVER." Jesus, Yeshua, Yehovah, Yahweh is Salvation, is the Name of the Father who has eternally existed, He is self-sustaining, without a beginning (Ex 3:14). Jesus the Father has existed FOREVER and Jesus the Son was created, begotten, at “the beginning” of the Creation of the Heavens and the Earth (John 1:1).
Jesus the Son said He came in His Father's Name, and in the Great Commission (Mt. 28:19), the NAME is singular for the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit, all have the SAME NAME of Jesus, and not three different names. If you sign a check with "father" it will not probably clear the bank, however, if you put your legal name on your birth certificate or the holder's name on the bank checking account, then the check will clear and the check's amount will be paid in full by the bank.
Acts 4:12 "Salvation exists in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to men by which we must be saved." Although Jesus was given a "New Name" by His Father, the Name of Jesus is the Only Way to Heaven and the Only Name to call upon to be saved from sin and to have eternal salvation.
Revelation 3:12 "He who overcomes, I will make him a pillar in the temple of My God, and he will not go out from it anymore; and I will write on him the NAME of My God, and the name of the city of My God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of Heaven from My God, and My NEW NAME."
Jesus said the Gift of the Holy Ghost would be sent in His NAME. “But when the Father sends the Advocate as My representative--that is, the Holy Spirit--He will teach you everything and will remind you of everything I have told you” John 14:26.
The first part of the Lord's Prayer model of prayer has our Father glorifying His Name of Jesus, YHWH is Salvation, not His title and description as our Father. “Our Father in Heaven, glorify Thy Name” Jesus!
Matthew 6:9-10 “Pray, then, in this way: ‘Our Father who art in Heaven, Hallowed be Thy name. ‘Thy Kingdom come. Thy Will be done, On earth [today] as it is in Heaven.’”
Romans 10:13 "Whoever calls upon the NAME of the LORD [Jesus-YHWH is Salvation] shall be saved." Acts 4:10-12 The ONLY name that men might be saved with is JESUS.
Since the Father is eternal and the Son is "begotten" and had a “beginning,” the Son cannot be coeternal with the Father as standard heretical orthodoxy has written.
Jesus Christ the WORD was created by the WORD Our Heavenly Father He SPOKE into existence, in a sequence of WORDS God has spoken and He will continue to speak NEW “WORDS” into existence as new universes and new earths with each WORD God will speak throughout eternity. Because God said, "I change not."
These are the "Sons of God" ELOHIM [gods] in Genesis 1:26 from His previous WORDS our Heavenly Father had spoken throughout eternity. "Let US make man in our image and likeness." Sir Isaac Newton is considered by some, to be the greatest scientist who ever lived. Newton wrote more on theology books than science books and being a gifted genius Newton saw the truth and wrote about the failure of The co-equal and co-eternal Trinity doctrine that fails the test of the Holy Scriptures! The coequal, coeternal Trinity false doctrine does not stand the test of the Scriptures, it is eisegesis, reading in one's own ideas instead of being faithful to what is written. The "WORD" of John 1:1 had a discrete beginning which also was the beginning of His Son Jesus Christ.
Colossians 1:15-17 "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn [the first created being] of all creation." Strong's definition of the Greek "firstborn" is literally the firstborn of the creation. In the context of the Creation, all of which is created, the created being Jesus Christ through whom Heaven and the Universe were created. "The only begotten Son is the "firstborn." Jesus Christ is a created being in the WORD of John 1 through which everything else is created. The thought of the Greek WORD "prototokos" also means "first-begotten." Jesus is a CREATED being as in John 1:1 the spoken WORD of His Father through which ALL things in Heaven and in Earth, were created THROUGH Christ Jesus (Col 1:16-17).
Col. 1:15 “And He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation.” “First Born” from the Greek WORD prototokos, means “First Born” whether from man or the firstborn of a beast. The “Creation” was CREATED, and Christ Jesus is the First Born, a created being of the created Creation of Heaven and Earth. Jesus had a beginning as and through Him He created the Creation.
Acts 13:33 “God has fulfilled this promise to our children in that He raised up Jesus, as it is also written in the second Psalm, ‘THOU ART MY SON; TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN THEE.’”

Proverbs 30:4 “Who has ascended into heaven and descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has wrapped the waters in His garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name or His Son’s Name? Surely you know!” Only Christ Jesus came from the presence of the Father. No other man is “the Holy One” able to stand in the presence of the Holy God His Father. “No man may see God and live.” Theophanies and angels may be seen, but to stand in the presence of the Holy Spirit Christ’s Father the Creator of Heaven and Earth is the sole responsibility of “the Holy One.”
John 1:18 No man hath seen God at any time; [ONLY] the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, He hath declared Him.”
Heb 1:5 “For to which of the angels did He ever say, “THOU ART MY SON, TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN THEE?” And again, “I WILL BE A FATHER TO HIM AND HE SHALL BE A SON TO ME?””
Hebrews 5:5 “So also Christ did not glorify Himself so as to become a high priest, but He who said to Him, “THOU ART MY SON, TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN THEE”.” Jesus asked His Father to glorify him. Jesus Christ said and meant He could do NOTHING of these signs, miracles, and wonders. Jesus could not raise Himself from the dead. It is His Father Jesus who raised Christ from the dead. Jesus spoke in the first person the oracles of God as His Father gave Christ the WORDs to speak and showed Him what to do.
Psalm 2:6-9 “But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain.” “I will surely tell of the decree of the LORD: He said to Me, ‘Thou art My Son, Today I have BEGOTTEN Thee. ‘Ask of Me, and I will surely give the nations as Thine inheritance, And the very ends of the earth as Thy possession. ‘Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron, Thou shalt shatter them like earthenware.’”
Hebrews 1:3 “He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the WORD of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high.” Jesus Christ completed His “purification of sins” on the Cross as the Lamb of God and has already broken open the seals on the O.T. Scroll in the Book of Revelation at the beginning of His rule and reign two millennia ago (Rev 11:17).
Eph 2:18 "For through Him we both have access by one Spirit to the Father." It is through the Spirit of Christ, the same Spirit that Christ asked His Father to receive at His death on the cross.
Eph 4:6 "One God and Father of all, who is ABOVE ALL, and through all, and in you all." The FATHER IS NOT COEQUAL but infinitely ABOVE ALL His WORDS and is the Creator of ALL other ministering spirits, angels, and spirits of mankind through His Son Jesus Christ.
BBE Hebrews 5:7 “Who in the days of his flesh, having sent up prayers and requests with strong crying and weeping to him who was able to give him salvation from death, had his prayer answered because of his FEAR of God.” If hypothetically Christ was coequal with the Father in everything, as catholic theology suggests, then why did the Son of God FEAR His Father? The only possible answer is Christ was NOT coequal with His Heavenly Father and greatly feared the eternal consequences of possible sin and feared His Heavenly Father enough to believe and Obey Him.
Hebrews 5:7 "During the days of Jesus’ earthly life, He offered up prayers and petitions with loud cries and tears to the One who could save Him from death, and He was heard because of His reverence. 8 Although He was a Son, He learned obedience from what He suffered. 9 And having been made PERFECT, He BECAME the source of eternal salvation to all who OBEY Him."
The heresy of the Trinity is a contradiction of the Holy Scriptures of the Bible. Jesus was CREATED, He gradually LEARNED OBEDIENCE by SUFFERING and was made by that process PERFECT.
John 8:29 “And He who sent Me is with Me; He has not left Me alone, for I always do the things that are pleasing to Him.” How could Christ be coequal with His Heavenly Father if the Father would LEAVE Him if Christ disobeyed Him? The answer is Christ is very limited and only coequal as far as the one WORD in John 1 specifies and defines.
The Council of Nicaea in 325 A.D. affirmed that the Father and the Son are of the same divine essence, and condemned Subordinationism, which teaches that Jesus is inferior to the Father.
The problem with these Church “Councils” centuries after Christ’s resurrection was they were NEGLIGENT in seeking the Face of Jesus and NEGLIGENT in listening to His Voice and NEGLIGENT in doing what Jesus told them to do if they indeed listened to His Voice. As a result, the dark ages fell upon Christianity for millennia.
Christ could not immediately command twelve legions of angels to obey Him, as He is subordinate to His Father's Will. All Christ could do was to ask or appeal to His Father to help Him and then His Father would send the angels with His Father’s orders to obey the Son of God (Matthew 26:53).
Christ said of the miracles and healings and even commanding angels, John 5:30 “I can do nothing on My own initiative, to be able, have power whether by virtue of His own ability and resources, or of a state of mind, or through favorable circumstances. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.”
Jesus is subordinate to His Father. Jesus Christ in John 14:28 said, “for My Father is greater than I.” Jesus said He was subordinate to God His Father and NOT equal (Philippians 2:6). Christians usually twist Scriptures to mean the opposite of what the Bible and Jesus said, because they do not want to believe in a finite Jesus ("The last Adam") is subordinate and NOT EQUAL to His infinite Father as the “only begotten” created SON. Jesus said categorically God His Father was NOT equal but much GREATER than Himself!
Philippians 2:6 "Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage." Everything the Father has in His WORD is available to Jesus and Christians as defined The Word God His Father spoke for Christ's eternal existence as His unique Son.
John 12:49 “For I did not speak on My own initiative, but the Father Himself WHO SENT Me has given Me COMMANDMENT, WHAT TO SAY, and WHAT TO SPEAK.” It is the Father who is the GREATER who SENT Christ and the Greater COMMANDS the lesser being what to say and do. Jesus Christ said He is subordinate to His Father who is greater than Christ Jesus. The COMMAND is given by the GREATER One who is God the Father and Jesus the Son receives the Command and OBEYS His Father.
There is a subordination regarding the order of the Trinity. The Father is First, bigger than Heaven and the Universe, the Son is Second the size of a man (John 14:18), and the gift of the Holy Spirit is Third. The Father is ETERNAL and not begotten, but the Son is begotten, a created being (John 3:16). The Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father (John 15:26). The Father sent the Son (1 John 4:10). The Son and the Father send the Holy Spirit (John 14:26; 15:26). The Father creates (Isaiah 44:24), the Son redeems (Gal 3:13), and the Holy Spirit sanctifies (Rom 15:16).
Nehemiah 9:20 “You gave Your good Spirit to instruct them [in the Old Testament!],
Your manna You did not withhold from their mouth,
And You gave them water for their thirst.
Luke 11:13 "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”
John 20:22 "And when He had said this, He breathed on them and said to them, “Receive the Holy Spirit." Probably the Holy Spirit of the Father filled them at that time. However, the "Gift of the Holy Spirit" was NOT given until Pentecost in Acts 2.
John 3:34 "For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God; for He gives the Spirit without measure.
Acts 2:38-39 "Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the Promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.”
Psalm 68:18 "You have ascended on high [Acts 1:9; Eph 4:8], You have led captive Your captives;
You have received gifts among men,
Even among the rebellious also, that the Lord God may dwell there." (Fulfilled Eph. 4:8)
John 7:39 "But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified."
John 14:16 "I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may be with you forever."
Ephesians 1:16-17 "I do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers; that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a Spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him."
Acts 2:38 "Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the Name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
Acts 5:32 "And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him.”
Acts 10:44-45 "While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who were listening to the message. All the circumcised believers who came with Peter were amazed, because the gift of the Holy Spirit had been poured out on the Gentiles also."
Acts 15:8 "And God, who knows the heart, testified to them giving them the Holy Spirit, just as He also did to us."
John 7:38-39 "He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’” But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified."
Isaiah 59:21 “As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit which is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your offspring, nor from the mouth of your offspring’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from now and forever.”
Haggai 2:5 ‘As for the Promise which I made you when you came out of Egypt, My Spirit is abiding in your midst; do not fear!’ As long as the Holy Spirit abides in our midst, God's Perfect Love will drive out all fear (1John 4:18).
1Peter 4:14 "If you are reviled for the Name of Christ, you are blessed, because the Spirit of glory and of God rests on you."
Isaiah 32:15 "Until the Spirit is poured out upon us from on high,
And the wilderness becomes a fertile field,
And the fertile field is considered as a forest."
Galatians 3:14 "In order that in Christ Jesus the blessing of Abraham might come to the Gentiles, so that we would receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
1John 3:24 "The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in Him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us."
1John 4:1 "By this we know that we abide in Him and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit."
2Corinthians 5:5 "Now He who prepared us for this very purpose is God, who gave to us the Holy Spirit as a pledge."
Ephesians 1:14 "Who [a person is given to us, and He] is given as a pledge of our inheritance, with a view to the redemption of God’s own possession, to the praise of His glory."
Ezekiel 39:29 "I will not hide My face from them any longer, for I will have poured out My Spirit on the house of Israel, declares the Lord God."
Christ is our example and just as He spoke as the Father told Him what to speak, so we are also to do His Will and pray to prophesy and speak His Rhema words, “the Oracles of God.”
All of Heaven and Earth were created through Jesus Christ, only as the Father showed the Son what to say and do in the Creation of Heaven and Earth.
Colossians 1:16-19 “For through Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities--all things have been created by Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him, all things hold together. He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; so that He Himself might come to have first place in everything. For it was the Father’s good pleasure for all the fulness [of God the Father] to dwell in Him.”
Jesus said He could do none of the miracles, it was His Father that did all the supernatural and it was His Father Who ordered the angels and not a human being (John 5:30; John 14:10). People who command angels are sinning. It is God the Father Who commands and sends His Angels to help.
Jesus said in John 8:29 He spent all of His time pleasing His Heavenly Father in order to fulfill His Messiah Lamb of God ministry where He is giving His time, heart, strength, mind, and spirit, giving His entire life, His all in serving His Heavenly Father.
Ga 1:4 "Our Lord Jesus Christ, who gave Himself for our sins, that He might deliver us from this present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father." Our Holy Father is not equal with the "only begotten son" Christ as He is Holy, Holy, Holy, the God Who Sanctifies (Hebrew name Yahweh Meqaddesh) Christ and sanctifies those in the Lamb's Book of Life. Christ became sin and a curse for us on the cross. The Father is NOT coequal with the Son. The Father is infinitely Holy, the Son became infinite Sin on the Cross and obeyed His Father to the point of His death and forever. God cannot die, His Son, a created being, the "last Adam," a man died. Now God the Father is made manifest, He is expressed by the Son. Through Christ the Son, the Holy Spirit emanates from the Father into the Body of Christ now and forever in New Jerusalem.
God is the "Father of spirits." The Holy Spirit Fathered the baby Jesus. In Psalm 2:7 God the Father became the Father of Jesus and not before. God the Father was not always the Father of Jesus because Jesus had a moment of creation when He was spoken into existence, created as the WORD OF GOD (John 1:1).
John 15:26 “When the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, that is the SPIRIT OF TRUTH, who PROCEEDS from the Father, He will bear witness of Me.”
John 16:27 “For the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I CAME FORTH FROM the Father.”
John 16:28 “I CAME FORTH FROM the Father, and have come into the world; I am leaving the world again, and going to the Father.”
Ga 4:6 "And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, "Abba, Father!"" The Son is in your heart John 14:18-20 Christ promised and prophesied He would be in all Christians who would invite Him into their hearts and fellowship with them forever.
Acts 2:21 "And everyone who calls upon [Jesus] the Name of the Lord [no other Name given so men] will be saved.’ 22 Men of Israel, listen to this message: Jesus of Nazareth WAS A MAN CERTIFIED by God to you by miracles, wonders, and signs, which God did among you through Him, as you yourselves know. 23 He was delivered up by God’s set plan and foreknowledge, and you, by the hands of the lawless, PUT HIM TO DEATH by nailing Him to the cross. 24 But GOD RAISED HIM FROM THE DEAD, releasing Him from the agony of death, because it was impossible for Him to be held in its clutches 25 David says about Him: ‘I saw the Lord always before me; because He is at My right hand, I will not be shaken. 26 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will dwell in hope, 27 because You will not abandon my soul to Hades, nor will You let Your Holy One see decay. 28 You have made known to me the paths of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence.’ 29 Brothers, I can tell you with confidence that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. 30 But He was a PROPHET and knew that God had promised Him on oath that He would place one of his descendants on his throne. 31 Foreseeing this, David spoke about the resurrection of Christ, that He was not abandoned to Hades, nor did His body see decay. 32 God has raised this Jesus to life, to which we are all witnesses. 33 Exalted, then, to the right hand of God, He has received from the Father the promised Holy Spirit and has poured out what you now see and hear. 34 For David did not ascend into heaven, but he himself says: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand 35 until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.” ’ 36 Therefore let all Israel know with certainty that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ!”
Matthew 3:11b " He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and with fire. 12 His winnowing fork is in His hand to clear His threshing floor and to gather His wheat into the barn; but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.” If Christians are willing to believe, Jesus will burn up the chaff with the unquenchable fire of His Father, "God is a consuming fire."
Acts 2:3 "They saw tongues like flames of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them."
Acts 2:33 “Therefore having been exalted to the right hand of God, and HAVING RECEIVED FROM the Father the PROMISE of the Holy Spirit, He HAS POURED FORTH THIS which you both SEE and HEAR.” Christ Jesus pours forth the “gift of the Holy Spirit” to the New Covenant Church.
John 14:6 "And I will pray to the Father and He shall give you another Comforter, that He may be with you forever." Christ is the mediator between two parties, God and man, and is NOT coequal with the Father (John 14:28). God The Father has to authorize everything, and ALL Christ’s power and authority is given by the Father (Mt 28:18) as defined by His WORD written in John 1:1-3. The Creator is everything and we are His created creatures in Christ. Amen
The heretical doctrine of Oneness Pentecostalism teaches "One" God has three modes and persons of existence that act simultaneously, although God is one person. Basically in Oneness theology, the Father is also the Son whom He has to chastise, which is futile because the Father is chastising Himself which teaches Him NOTHING, as self-flagellation. The Father is unchanging and cannot chastise Himself to learn self-discipline. The Father is already, PERFECT, and infinitely HOLY. Jesus on the cross said, "Father receive My Spirit."
John 4:24 "God is Spirit, and His worshipers must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth.” "God is Spirit" and His Son's Spirit makes TWO spirits. God is One Infinite Spirit and Not Two Spirits which makes the Oneness doctrine unbiblical.
1Timothy 2:5 "For [there is] one God, and one mediator BETWEEN God and men, the man Christ Jesus." Two persons are written in this verse, and they are not equal persons in "Trinity." God the Father of ALL spirits, has spoken an infinite number of WORDs throughout eternity. The Son does not father or create spirits, being the mediator between His Father and sinful mankind. Every spirit was created in Heaven and Earth through Jesus His Son (Col. 1:16). We are "adopted sons" in Christ Jesus and we are "Fathered" by His Spirit making us "Born Again," or "Born From Above" (Luke 1:35).
Isaiah 44:6 "Thus saith the LORD the King of Israel, and His Redeemer the LORD of hosts; I [Am] the First, and I [Am] the Last; and beside Me [there is] No God."
Isaiah 43:11 - I, [even] I, [am] the LORD; and beside Me [there is] no savior.
1Corinthians 8:6 "But to us [there is but] One God, the Father, of whom [are] all things, and we in Him; and one Lord Jesus Christ, by whom [are] all things, and we by Him."
Deuteronomy 6:4 "Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God [is] ONE LORD."
James 2:19 "You believe that there is One God; you do well: the devils also believe, and tremble."
Isaiah 43:10 "You [are] My witnesses, saith the LORD, and My servant whom I have chosen: that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I [Am] He: before Me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after Me."
In Rev 15:25-28 "Jesus is reigning now on Earth as it is in Heaven. At the end of time for man's existence, then will occur the resurrections. The point is the Father of Jesus is to become "all in all" having everything possible given by Jesus that His Father will be "all in all." 1Cor. 15:28 "And when everything is subject to Christ, then the Son Himself will also be subject to the One who subjected everything to Him, so that God [the Father] may be ALL in ALL."
Revelation 1:8 "I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty."
Jude 1:25 "To the only wise God our Savior, [be] glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever, Amen."
Isaiah 42:8 "I [Am] the LORD: that [is] My Name: and My glory will I not give to another, neither My praise to graven images."
Mark 12:29 "And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments [is], Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is ONE Lord."
John 10:30 "I and [My] Father are "one." Jesus prayed Christians, then and now, would today have the very same type of relationship He had with the Father in the time of His flesh.
The Truth is “the Son feared the Father” (Hebrews 5:7). The Father left His Son Christ on the cross to die. If it were the same person why would Christ cry out to His Father as He left Christ to die on the cross? The answer is it is two persons exist. Jesus spoke of the “gift of the Holy Spirit” as “another” person who did not speak on his own initiative, making the “gift of the Holy Spirit” a third person with His own free will who chooses to obey God. Oneness Pentecostalism doctrine is sin, as clearly all three persons in Scripture, The Father, The Son, and the Holy Ghost are sovereign persons with each having their own free will which harmoniously acts together in the Father’s eternal symphony of love.
Father, Son, and Holy Spirit-Dove are described as three persons. Luke 3:22 "and the Holy Spirit descended upon Him in bodily form like a dove, and a Voice came out of Heaven, "You are My beloved Son, "in You" I am well-pleased." The Father said He indwelt Christ, in the Son of God, and He was very pleased to do so! Having the three persons described in this verse should be adequate proof of three persons to anyone who has an "open mind." Jesus the Son of God was not a puppet personality of the Father, but existed as the "last Adam" who voluntarily using His free will, as every Christian should do, Jesus became "a life-giving spirit." John 3:16 has written Jesus was a created being. Jesus is the only created/begotten Son of God of His Father.
The "Holy Spirit as a Dove" described in Luke 3:22 is a created being who cannot speak on His own initiative John 16:13. The Son also cannot do anything on His own initiative (John 5:30; 8:28; 8:42; 10:18; 11:51; 12:49; 14:10). These Holy Scriptures have written Jesus received Commands from His Father for what to say and what to do. This is how Christ fulfilled over hundreds of O.T. Prophecies and fulfilled the O.T. Law. This categorically shows the Son is not co-equal with the Father, but a Created Being who receives His power and His Authority from His Father, who is "equal" only in what the WORD has defined in the Creation. Just as a WORD of a mere mortal is not equal to the human who spoke it, man being created in the "image and likeness" of God shows how foolish it is to equate the God who spoke the WORD with the totality of His being. The WORD of God is infinitely immense lasting throughout eternity with our existence in it inside Christ Jesus forever. However the size of the WORD is not even close to the infinity of its Creator who is infinitely larger and being the same forever, has spoken WORDS throughout His existence of eternity. Every WORD spoken by the Father in Heaven lasts forever, His WORD(s) last as long as God the Father exists in eternity according to the Holy Spirit and Voice of Jesus.
Isaiah 57:15 "For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits ETERNITY, whose Name is Holy: “I dwell in the high and holy place, and also with him who is of a contrite and lowly spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly, and to revive the heart of the contrite." To dwell with God the Father, does not mean believers are all equal to God the Father. Jesus does not have a propitiation, a covering, between Him and His Father. Everyone else who is in Christ has the protective covering of Christ Jesus forever because God is Holy and His Name is Holy.
Matthew 11:29 "Take my yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls."
Deuteronomy 33:27 "The ETERNAL God is your dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms. He drives out the enemy before you, giving the command, 'Destroy him!'" Jesus the "Good Shepherd" protects and guides you with His Holy Spirit and angels.
There is ONE GOD The FATHER who is the HOLY SPIRIT, spoken of in Luke 1:35, then there is the ADDITIONAL gift of the Holy Spirit who eventually arrived at Pentecost in Acts 2, who the Father has sent and will send to all Christians in Jesus' Name.
The Gift of the Holy Spirit will not speak on His own initiative, but whatever the FATHER tells Him to speak is what the gift of the Holy Spirit, the Comforter says. The Promise of the Father, REPEATS, ONLY what the Father has said (John 16:13-14). Two different beings, one being is the Creator Father, the other person is the created being of the "Promise of the Father," "The Spirit of Truth" who ONLY repeats what He is told to speak, by "the Father of all spirits."
The Promise of the Holy Spirit is given in John 16:12 "I still have much to tell you, but you cannot yet bear to hear it. 13 However, when the Spirit of truth comes, He will guide you into all truth. For He will not speak on His own, but He will speak what He hears, and He will declare to you what is to come. 14 He will glorify Me by taking from what is Mine and disclosing it to you."
The New Covenant is prophesied in
Ezekiel 11:19 “And I SHALL GIVE THEM ONE HEART, and shall put a NEW SPIRIT within them. And I shall take the heart of stone out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh.”
Ezekiel 18:31 “Cast away from you all your transgressions which you have committed, and make yourselves a NEW HEART and a NEW SPIRIT! For why will you die, O house of Israel?”
Ezekiel 36:26 “Moreover, I will give you a NEW HEART and put a NEW SPIRIT within you; and I will remove the heart of stone from your flesh and give you a heart of flesh.”
God’s PROMISE of becoming “One heart” with the Body of Christ is fulfilled in the New Covenant in Acts 4:32a “And the congregation of those who believed were of ONE HEART AND SOUL.”
The New Covenant of a new spirit and writing His Law upon our hearts is prophesied in Jeremiah 31:31 “Behold, days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a New Covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah.” And Jesus being the “Lion of the Tribe of Judah” is the primary fulfillment of the prophecy of the New Covenant given at The Last Supper.
Hebrews 8:13 “When He said, “A New Covenant,” He has made the first obsolete. But whatever is becoming obsolete and growing old is ready to disappear [vanish away].” The Apocalypse is about the fulfillment of the Old Covenant and transitioning to the New Covenant revealing the King of Kings Jesus as He began to rule (Rev 1:5; 11:17) over two millennia ago and taking the readers of the Book of Revelation into eternity as "The Bride of Christ" in the New Heaven and New Earth.
At the Last Supper Jesus presented the New Covenant in Luke 22:20 “And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, “This cup which is poured out for you is the New Covenant in My blood.”
It is through the New Covenant that God gives us eternal life and “life more abundantly” in this life (John 10:10).
“Jesus was born under the Law” (Gal 4:4) and came to “fulfill the Law” (Mt 5:17) as the “Lamb of God” (Jn. 1:29,36; Rev. 5:6; 7:17; 12:11; 14:4,10; 19:9; 21:22-23; 22:11) “in order that He might redeem those who were under the Law, that we might receive the adoption as sons” (Rom. 8:15; Eph. 1:5; Ga. 4:5) It is the New Covenant Christians who are the true Sons of God.
Romans 8:14 "For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. 15 For you did not receive a spirit of slavery that returns you to fear, but you received the Spirit of sonship, by whom we cry, “Abba! Father!” 16 The Spirit Himself testifies with our spirit that we are God’s children."
2Cor 3:6 “Who also made us adequate as servants of a New Covenant, not of the letter, but of the Spirit; for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life.”
The Son is God Incarnate with the Father in Him, is the Totality of the WORD of John 1:1: "In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with God, and the WORD was God."
“In the Beginning” is not the same as writing “Throughout eternity and for all time was the WORD.” Just as there was a beginning in Genesis 1:1 “In the Beginning” of the Creation of Heaven and Earth, so there was a beginning of the WORD, as there is a beginning of each WORD(s) God has spoken throughout eternity. This means in Genesis 1:1 the Universe was created, in John 1:1 the WORD was created and was begotten by the Father of Jesus Christ.
The Son Incarnate with the Father in Him is the Totality of the WORD of John 1:1 "In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with God, and the WORD was God."
John 14:10 "Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me? The words I say to you, I do not speak on My own. Instead, it is the Father dwelling in Me, performing His works. 11 Believe Me that I am in the Father and the Father is in Me— or at least believe on account of the works themselves."
John 2:19 "Jesus answered them, 'Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.'" It is the Father who raised up the Son, as Jesus said He could do nothing on His own initiative (John 5:30; John 8:28; John 8:42). The Son said He received “authority” to raise up His temple and raise up those who believe in Him in the Resurrection. Christ Jesus received His authority from His Heavenly Father to raise/resurrect all those who believe in Him in the Resurrection.
Matthew 27:50 "And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit. 51 At that moment the curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom. The earth shook, the rocks split 52 and the tombs broke open. The bodies of many holy people who had died were raised to life. 53 They came out of the tombs after Jesus’ resurrection and went into the holy city and appeared to many people. 54 When the centurion and those with him who were guarding Jesus saw the earthquake and all that had happened, they were terrified, and exclaimed, “Surely he was the Son of God!”
John 10:17-18 “For this reason the Father loves Me, because I lay down My life that I may take it again. “No one has taken it away from Me, but I lay it down on My own initiative. I have Authority to lay it down, and I have Authority to take it up again. This Commandment I Received from My Father.” The AUTHORITY to raise Christ from the dead was given to Himself by His Father…
Romans 8:11 "But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you." 1Cor 3:16 "You are the Temple of God and the Spirit of God dwells in you." It is the Father’s power and authority given to the Son who raised Himself from the dead.
The WORD is defined, just as a dictionary definition that has parameters and limits. As a result of being a created spoken WORD, Jesus has strictly defined Jesus Christ as expressed in this creation to be correspondingly limited and NOT CO-EQUAL with the INFINITY expansiveness and ETERNITY of God. Christ Jesus was spoken into being at a specific point of time before the beginning of these Heavens and this earth John 17:5.
1Timothy 2:5-6 "the ransom from sin" was paid by the Lamb of God, the sinless man who became a curse on the cross for our sin. God cannot be the ransom, the Lamb, the human being, paid the price of sin and became sin on the cross. The Son Christ became sin, and the ransomed price of sin was "paid in full" to the Father who is the "Holy, Holy, Holy," Creator God.
The man-Christ is the Mediator between God His Father and mankind. Christ cannot be the same party that He is mediating for and to.
John 8:58 "Before Abraham was, I AM." Jesus Christ was existing before Abraham was before the beginning of the heavens and the earth and He prophesied the WORD of His Father the great "I AM" in the beginning also.
Mt 13:57; Mark 6:4 Jesus said He was a prophet, a prophet who prophesies in the grammatical first person, as he or she hears God speaking, in EVERYTHING HE SPOKE. John 14:10 "Do you not believe that I am in the Father and the Father in Me? The WORDs that I speak to you I do not speak on my own authority, but the FATHER WHO DWELLS IN ME [He] does the works." Two persons, the Father is one and the Son of God Jesus is the other. Jesus did not speak on His own initiative, but ONLY what He saw His Father doing in visions in His ministry.
John 5:30 “I can do nothing on My own initiative. As I hear, I judge; and My judgment is just, because I do not seek My own will, but the will of Him who sent Me.” Jesus is not coequal as He could do nothing, as it was His Father in Him who did the miracles.
Just as Jesus spoke healing miracles, Jesus Christ spoke Heavens and the earth into existence in the beginning (Colossians 1:16). Everything was created through Him. Christ is the "FIREWALL" between a Holy God and mankind, and He is “the LAST ADAM.” 1Cor. 15:45 "The first man Adam became a living being." "The LAST ADAM became a life-giving spirit." Christ was a man similar to Adam, yet created before Adam as the interface/mediator between a Holy God and an eventually sinful man and corrupted creation. God had to perfectly preplan the redemption of mankind of those who He pre-knew, foreknew, that wanted to love and obey Him from the beginning of the time of this universe, all inside the firewall mediator Christ Jesus between the Holy God and sinful men.
Christ had no power to do miracles, it was His Father’s power to do the miracles, healings, signs, and wonders, and Jesus Christ spoke in the first person grammatically, being a prophet, as His Father spoke to Him what to say.
The Jews picked up stones to stone Christ saying that He made Himself out to be God. Jesus answered the miracles were not by himself, but the miracles were ALL from the Father who dwelt in Him. Jesus did not directly respond that He was EQUAL with the Father as many wrongly assert in the false doctrine of the coequal dogma of the heretical eternal Trinity. It was the enemies of God, the Jews who tried to equate them both and tried to murder the Son. The Son is equal to the WORD spoken by His Father in the part that His Father defined for Him to exist.
John 5:18 "For this reason, therefore, the Jews were seeking all the more to kill Him, because He not only was breaking the Sabbath but also was calling God His own Father, making Himself EQUAL with God."
Col 1:18 "Christ is the head of the body, the church who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence." Christ has preeminence in ALL things whether in Heaven or on Earth. Christ is a created being, "the only begotten of the Father.” John 1:14 “The WORD is the only [begotten/created] Son, who came from the Father.” Christ is a uniquely created Holy being as He is the WORD of His Father (John 1:14). Every time God the Father speaks a WORD as in John 1 He created a living being, the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD.
The Holy Spirit created the fetus/infant of Jesus Christ in Mary by an act of His Holy Spirit as Gabriel said in Luke 1:35. “And the angel answered and said to her, “THE HOLY SPIRIT will come upon you, and the POWER of the Most High will overshadow you; and for that reason, the holy offspring [conceived/created life] shall be called the Son of God."
Christians sinfully want to believe in heresies, such as it was virtually impossible for Christ to have sinned, when in fact as a man who could do nothing supernatural without His Heavenly Father as Jesus said. Jesus could have sinned and yielded to temptation as the “Last Adam,” just as the first Adam also sinned (1Cor. 15:45).
Fortunately, His Father “knows the end from the beginning” and foreknew His Son would not sin against Him and would work to fulfill His destiny to be “the Lamb of God that takes away the sin of the world.” To be the eternal mediator High Priest between God and man.
Philippians 2:5-6 "Let this attitude/MIND be in you which was also in Christ Jesus, who although He existed in the form of God, [Christ Jesus] did not regard equality with God [His Father] a thing to be grasped." Jesus was NOT COEQUAL with God, coequality was NOT something attainable, within Christ's grasping range, but took on the form of a bond-servant. Christ Jesus performed everything as His Father asked Him to faithfully act every moment from His first moment of "the Holy One" existence from His creation in the beginning and now throughout eternity (John 1:1).
This partial "coequal" status of Christ is why John writes in John 21:25 the earth could not hold the books containing the WORDs Jesus Christ spoke since the Creation and foundations of the Heavens and the earth. Christ spoke as the Father commanded Him to and did so faithfully from the beginning of time itself of the universe. Jesus took the time necessary to name the stars of the universe. Everything the WORD of John 1:1 was, is, and will be, was spoken faithfully by Christ Jesus from the beginning of the Creation of Heaven and the Earth.
Ephesians 2:4-7 "But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, 5 made us alive with Christ, even when we were dead in our trespasses. It is by grace you have been saved! 6 And God RAISED US UP with Christ and SEATED US WITH HIM IN THE HEAVENLY REALMS in Christ Jesus, 7 in order that in the coming ages He might display the surpassing riches of His grace, demonstrated by His kindness to us in Christ Jesus."
As Jesus said, His Father in Him did ALL of the miracles and healings. The Son then and from the beginning of time had spoken ONLY the WORD(s) His Father gave Him to speak.
The Son of God Jesus is a conduit from His Holy Father to the sinful souls on Earth. Jesus is the mediator between the Holy, Holy, Holy God and the sinful, sinful mankind.
Psalm 110:1 "The LORD says to my Lord: 'Sit at My right hand Until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.'" In 1Cor. 15:25 "For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet." Jesus is reigning on Earth today in believers. Psalm 110:1 makes it clearly obvious it is His Heavenly Father who puts His enemies under His feet in the New Testament. The Son of God is the conduit, and firewall between a Holy God and sinful people.
The ONENESS doctrine is heresy, as well as the heretical Trinity Doctrine, is a heresy. Jesus is the Truth and does NOT lie when He says, "The Father is Greater than I am." They are NOT equal! Jesus is The Mediator, The Door, The Sheep Gate, The [ONLY] Way to God Almighty His Father. Jesus will continue to be believers' ONLY ACCESS to God the Father forever.
Recommended book: "Oneness Pentecostals and the Trinity" by Gregory Boyd.
Basically on the cross, Jesus said His Father had left Him, one person had left the other person making two persons. This was because the Father is Holy and God had to leave the man-Christ, all because His Son who is sinless become figuratively or legally "sin" on the cross, so He could possess the "Keys of Death and Hades."
This separation of two people, the Father from His only begotten Son, was necessary because the Son had to be separated becoming sin so He could be given all authority and given the keys to exile and imprison people away in spiritual darkness, locked away in outer darkness in torment. Many people will be thrown into the Lake of Fire forever as Jesus said will happen to sinners.
Revelation 20:15 "And if anyone’s name was not found written in the [Lamb's] Book of Life, he was thrown into the lake of fire." Only those who are born again, birthed by God the Father through Jesus will have eternal life and love in New Jerusalem.
God is a "consuming fire," Locking people away in God's consuming fire which is partitioned off through the holiness fire-wall of Jesus Christ the mediator between God and man forever and ever.
Jesus is the "firewall" figuratively speaking between His Holy Father, who is a consuming fire, and the sinful people of His Creation. Jesus was called "The Holy One of God" by a demon who recognized Who He actually was before Jesus took His human form (Mark 1:24).
John 6:69 "We have come to believe and to know that You are the Holy One of God.”
All access by the Father's Holy Spirit to Heaven and Earth was granted through His "Holy One" such as in Genesis when God created Heaven and Earth. This was also true for King David who cherished "The Holy Spirit" and did not want it taken from Him. True believers always had The Holy Spirit from the beginning.
Jesus is the boundary layer between the Holy Spirit of The Father and everything in Heaven and on Earth created through His Son (Col 1:16).
Col 1:16 "For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities--- all things have been created through Him and for Him." It is Christ's Heavenly Father who gave Christ everything made through The Son of God.
The Son feared His Father (KJV Hebrews 5:7). You do not normally fear yourself, but fear punishment from someone else! Therefore it is understandable why Christ feared or revered His Father.
Jesus ALWAYS prayed to His Father. Christ feared His Father and talked to His Father and obeyed whatever His Father told Him to do. Two persons, the Son Jesus praying and His Father the Holy Spirit hearing the prayer requests and petitions from His Son Jesus.
1Corinthians 15:45 has written Christ is the "Last Adam," and is a created being who said He had a beginning John 1:1; 3:16.
Luke 23:46 "Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit... Into Your hand I commit My spirit; You have ransomed Me, O LORD, God of Truth." These verses show two persons.
The Son needed to be ransomed, redeemed as Psalm 31:5 has written.
Psalm 31:5 "Into Thy Hand I commit my spirit, Thou hast redeemed me, Jehovah God of Truth."
Two persons are required for this prophetic prayer. God The Father who redeemed His Son, the second person, for he had become sin on the cross as Christ sacrificed His Flesh as the sacrificial Lamb of God "who takes away the sin of the world." The "Godhead" left Christ on the Cross showing Christ is NOT part of the Godhead. The Godhead is NOT made up of three persons. Jesus is the Mediator between the Godhead and believers. The Godhead is the Father of Jesus who dwelt in Him.
Isaiah 9:7 is true, although it shows the complex nature of Christ manifesting "the Everlasting Father." Jesus identified the person of His Father indwelling Him until God the Father leaving for a short period of time on the Cross as His Son Christ had "laid down His life" and gave His life for His Bride, His Body, His beloved Church. God did NOT die on the cross. A man, the Last Adam, died on the cross at Calvary.
Col. 1:18 "He is also head of the body, the church; and He is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, so that He Himself will come to have first place in everything."
Col 1:24 "Now I rejoice in my sufferings for your sake, and in my flesh I do my share on behalf of His Body, which is the Church, in filling up what is lacking in Christ’s afflictions."
1Corinthians 11:3 "But I want you to understand that Christ is the Head of every man, and the man is the head of a woman, and God is the Head of Christ."
Jesus is NOT in the Godhead that dwells in Him. God the Father is the Godhead inside of Jesus Christ. God The Father is the Head of His Son Jesus, and Jesus is the Head of the Church.
In Luke 16:7 Christ identifies and uses the pronoun of "Him" regarding the "gift of the Holy Spirit" who is also a created being by the Father.
Luke 16:7 "But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you." "Him" is a personal pronoun describing another person who was spoken of by Jesus several times as His WORD, as the unique person as the gift of the Holy Spirit.
God the Father is the Holy Spirit in Genesis 1:1 and is the same Holy Spirit in King David and in the other saints that had God as their Father. They were ALL "Born Again" and "Born From Above."
Summary, person one had to leave person two on the Cross, being Christ who became sin, so in Acts 2 the "gift of the Holy Spirit" could be given to believers. The Holy Spirit of the Father left Christ on the Cross. The Holy Spirit is the Creator through Christ and the created person, the gift of the Holy Spirit could be sent after Jesus sat down on His Throne by His Father the Holy Spirit.
As Jesus said, "he who has seen Me has seen the Father." Jesus manifested the Holy Spirit of His Father in His works, miracles, and in His WORD(s) recorded in the Gospels.
Person #1 is "The Holy Spirit" of the Father whom spoke the WORD who will last for all eternity and is larger than Heaven and the Creation and Earth.
Person #2 is Christ, the "Last Adam" (1Cor 15:45) is a created being (John 3:16), the WORD of God, who is the firewall mediator between the infinite Holiness of His Father the Holy Spirit and sinful mankind whom are also required to "be holy for I am Holy!"
Person #3 "the gift of the Holy Spirit" or "Advocate." This person cannot even speak on his own initiative, but repeats what He hears from Jesus and His Father.
John 15:26 "When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father--the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father--he will testify about Me." The Father of Jesus actually sends this Advocate, the Comforter, the gift of the Holy Spirit to all who will receive Him (Acts 2).
3 persons, One Creator, plus two created persons.
Everything in Heaven and in Earth was created through the Son, Fathered by a "WORD" spoken by the Holy Spirit who is God our Father.
John 1:2 "He existed in the beginning with God."
Christ is the first fruit of the Creation and not an eternal being who existed as long as His Father has existed. Just as the fruit of the vine or tree has a beginning as a seed, so Jesus Christ was conceived. He had a beginning just as all fruit has today. Jesus Christ did not exist from eternity to eternity with His Father, but Jesus started out in the beginning serving His Father, the only begotten Son in John 3:16 and will continue to serve Him for all of eternity.
This is why Hebrews 13:8 has written "yesterday" and not from "everlasting to everlasting" which is NOT in the original manuscripts of the Scriptures anywhere in the Holy Bible. The eternity of Jesus is forward through time and not backward through the time of His point of Creation. Jesus has a beginning and will last as long as His Father lasts.
Hebrews 13:8 "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever."
Col 1:16 "For by [through Christ the firewall Greek: dia] Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-- all things have been created through [Greek: dia] Him and for Him."
Each WORD the Father speaks is eternal. All references generally show Christ was with His Father from Christ's Beginning and will be the ONLY one to ever see the Father forever. In the New Jerusalem, we will see the Father through the face of Christ Jesus forever.
As the angel Gabriel told Mary, the Holy Spirit, would "Father" her baby who is Named "Jesus." "The Holy Spirit is the Father of ALL spirits" (Hebrews 12:9). "God is One" and the Father is "All in All."
"When ALL things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected ALL things to Him, so that God [His Father the Holy Spirit] may be ALL in ALL" 1Cor 15:28.
The heresy of the “Trinity,” 3 persons in One Godhead is unbiblical. The Father is the Godhead who is the Holy Spirit Who also dwells in His Son Jesus.
The Creator who speaks the WORDS such as the WORD of John 1:1. All of the WORD of His Father is spoken through the Son Jesus Christ to Create Heaven and the Earth.
Jesus and the Advocate, Who is the "Gift of the Holy Spirit, are created beings. The Son existed with the Father from the beginning before "The Advocate," Angels in Heaven, and life on Earth were created.
People sometimes love their heresies more than God and Jesus and "hate" sound biblical doctrine as shown by the example of Cain who hated righteous Abel for serving the truth of the doctrine of "offerings." They sometimes ask the person trying to teach them to be silent or leave the church in their anger and wrath against the Truth. So be careful to speak the truth of what the Holy Spirit leads you to speak.
Finally, just as Christians speak many WORDs, being in the "image and likeness" of God and Jesus Christ, so the Father who is the infinite big Holy Spirit who father's spirits in an infinite series of WORDS such as God spoke in John 1:1. The eternal WORDS God the Father and the Holy Spirit have a beginning, but they will last forever. Be Blessed in Jesus' Name (Col 3:17).
Jesus spoke more times on the Kingdom of God and Heaven than any other doctrine taught in the four gospels. Usually after speaking about the Kingdom of God then miracles and healings were performed. "And the [Gospel] Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come" Matthew 24:14.
Philippians 2:9 "Therefore God has highly exalted Him and given Him the Name which is above every name, that at the Name of Jesus, every knee should bow."
Jesus said before Caiaphas, the High Priest, that He was the Messiah, the Son of God, and He was NOT the same person as God His Father Who dwelled inside Himself. Jesus is "the express image" of God His Father.
John 14:9 Jesus said to him, “Have I been with you so long, and you still do not know me, Philip? Whoever has seen Me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?
John 20:28 When Thomas said, "My Lord and My God” it was a reference to the Father who is in-dwelt in Christ.
Colossians 1:15-17 "He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, in Heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—all things were created through him and for him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
Hebrews 1:3 "He is the radiance of the glory of God and the exact imprint of His nature, and He upholds the universe by the Word of His power. After making purification for sins, [Jesus] He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high."
John 1:18 "No one has ever seen God; the only God [Jesus], who is at the Father's side, He has made Him known."
Hebrews 1:8-9 "But of [Jesus] the Son He says, "YOUR THRONE, O GOD, IS FOREVER AND EVER, AND THE RIGHTEOUS SCEPTER IS THE SCEPTER OF HIS KINGDOM. YOU HAVE LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HATED LAWLESSNESS; THEREFORE GOD, YOUR GOD, HAS ANOINTED YOU WITH THE OIL OF GLADNESS ABOVE YOUR COMPANIONS."
2Corinthians 4:4 "In their case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God." Jesus is the "image and likeness" of God (Genesis 1:26).
John 20:28 When Thomas said, "My Lord and My God” it was a reference to the Father who is in-dwelt in Christ.
Hebrews 1:8-9 "But of the Son He says, "YOUR THRONE, O GOD, IS FOREVER AND EVER, AND THE RIGHTEOUS SCEPTER IS THE SCEPTER OF HIS KINGDOM. YOU HAVE LOVED RIGHTEOUSNESS AND HATED LAWLESSNESS; THEREFORE GOD, YOUR GOD, HAS ANOINTED YOU WITH THE OIL OF GLADNESS ABOVE YOUR COMPANIONS."
Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me [the Messiah], Because He has ANOINTED Me to preach the Good News to the poor.
He has sent Me to announce release [pardon, forgiveness] to the captives,
And recovery of sight to the blind,
To set free those who are oppressed [downtrodden, bruised, crushed by tragedy]."
If God the Son were fully equal with God the Father across infinity, then the Son would be an equal anointer, instead of being the one being anointed, the anointed. His Father is the anointer. The Son of God is the anointed, Christ is the one receiving the anointing. As Jesus emphasized, Jesus could do NOTHING. It was the Father dwelling in Him that did the miracles and provided the power and glory.
Jesus is only equal to the Father as defined by the original WORD His Father spoke into existence at the beginning. Jesus is the "Last Adam," an "insect" compared to the infinite size of God His Father. Jesus was tempted to sin and God His Father cannot be tempted by sin. Jesus the "Lamb" sacrificed Himself for sin and died and God His Father cannot die being infinitely Holy and He is the giver of all life.
Anointer versus anointee defines the inequality of the Son to His Father.
The word "Messiah" is taken from Psalm 2:2 and Daniel 9:25,26 where Mashiyach (Hebrew), Christos (Greek) means the “Anointed One.” God the Father anointed His Son Jesus with His Spirit.
Jesus the Anointed One or Messiah, simultaneously holds all three offices of Prophet (authoritative proclamation from God His Father), Priest (spiritual intercession for all men, duties assigned by God His Father), and He is King of kings (political ruler of ALL kings and nations today until He puts everything under the sovereignty of His Father Rev 1:5).
Colossians 1:15-17 "He is the IMAGE of the INVISIBLE God, the FIRSTBORN of all creation. For by [Gk "dia" through. Jesus was and is the conduit for ALL the Creation] Him All things were created, in Heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities—
All things were created through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him, ALL things hold together."
God cannot die, Christ the man died on the cross. Jesus said He could do none of the miracles, it was His Father in Him that did ALL the miracles and works.
As a mirror reflects your image, so Christ reflects the image of His Father.
To see Jesus is to see the reflection of our Father in Heaven who is bigger than the universe!
Because Christ lives forever to make intercession for us, when we speak to Jesus, we speak at the same time to our Heavenly Father and when our Heavenly Father speaks, Jesus speaks the oracles and Word of His Father to us and the Gift of the Holy Spirit repeats the Words of Jesus to us.
There are more than seven Bible verses that infer or read "Jesus is the ONLY begotten/created Son of God." Jesus is a created being who had a "birth" and a beginning, as the WORD of God.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal Life."
John 3:17 "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him."
John 3:15 "So that whoever believes, will in Him have eternal life.
John 1:18 "No one has seen God at any time; the only begotten God who is in the bosom of the Father, He has explained Him."
John 1:14 "And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth."
John 3:18 "He who believes in Him is not judged; he who does not believe has been judged already, because he has not believed in the Name [Jesus] of the ONLY BEGOTTEN SON of God."
1John 4:9 "By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His ONLY BEGOTTEN SON into the world so that we might live through Him."
God wants believers to reveal and manifest Jesus through them.
1Corinthians 12:7 "To each is given the manifestation of the Spirit for the common good."
Romans 8:19 "For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God."
Galatians 1:15-16—“His Son in me”
“But when it pleased God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called by His grace, to reveal His Son in me.”
We might think this verse should read, “It pleased God…to reveal His Son to me.” But in Greek, the original language of the New Testament, the preposition is unmistakably in, so the verse reads “to reveal His Son in me.” God’s plan is to reveal His Son in us, from within, rather than to us, from without. From within us, God is pleased to reveal more and more of the wonderful Person of Jesus.
Galatians 2:20—“It is Christ who lives in me”
“I am crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but it is Christ who lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, the faith of the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.”
Here, Paul did not say, “I live in a Christ-like way,” or, “I glorify Christ through my behavior.” No, he said, “Christ…lives in me,” clearly showing us that Christ lives in His believers. Because He lives in us, the Christian life is not a matter of trying to behave like Christ, but of allowing Him to live in and through us.
Galatians 4:19—“Christ is formed in you”
“My children, with whom I travail again in birth until Christ is [fully] formed in you.”
Just as a woman travails, or labors, in childbirth to bring forth a child, Paul said he travailed in birth to bring forth the believers in Galatia as his spiritual children. This travail began when he preached the gospel to them, helping them be born anew with the life of God by receiving the Lord Jesus as their Savior. Then in this verse, Paul says that he continued to labor on them so that the Christ they received would be fully formed in them. Christ lives in us from the time we’re saved, but He wants to be formed in us in a definite way by growing in us. Day by day, we need to give Him the opportunity to grow and be formed in us. As we do, Christ will be able to express Himself more fully through us in our daily life.
Galatians 4:19—“Christ is formed in you”
“My children, with whom I travail again in birth until Christ is formed in you.” You do NOT have to wait for the Resurrection for Christ to be manifested in you. He is ALREADY IN YOU and He will NEVER leave you nor forsake you (Dt. 31:6).
Isaiah 41:10 " Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."
Deuteronomy 31:6 "Be strong and courageous. Do not fear or be in dread of them, for it is the Lord your God who goes with you. He will not leave you or forsake you.”
Hebrews 13:5 "Keep your life free from love of money, and be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you nor forsake you.”
Deuteronomy 31:8 "It is the Lord who goes before you. He will be with you; He will not leave you or forsake you. Do not fear or be dismayed.”
Joshua 1:5 "No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life. Just as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you or forsake you."
Matthew 28:20 "Teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Jesus will NEVER leave you nor forsake you.
Hebrews 1:8-9 "Your throne O God, is forever and ever; a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness;
Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness more than Your companions.”
It is God the Father of Jesus who anoints Christ His Son. The Son does NOT anoint His Father. Rather Jesus is anointed by God His Father. However, Jesus does baptize Christians in the Holy Spirit and with the fire of God Who is a "consuming fire" (Acts 2:3).
Acts 2:2 "Suddenly a sound like a mighty rushing wind came from heaven and filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 They saw tongues like flames of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. 4 And they were all FILLED with the Holy Spirit and began to SPEAK in other tongues [languages] as the Spirit enabled them."
In Hebrew, the Messiah is often referred to as melekh mashiach (מלך המשיח; Tiberian: Meleḵ ha-Mašīaḥ, pronounced [ˈmeleχ hamaˈʃiaħ]), literally meaning 'the Anointed King.' The Greek Septuagint version of the Old Testament renders all 39 instances of the Hebrew mašíaḥ as Khristós (Χριστός).
Jesus is the Messiah, the Anointed One. God the Father of Jesus does the anointing. Jesus and His Father are not infinitely equivalent, but equal only as defined by the WORD (John 1:1) spoken by His Father in the beginning is the Father and Son are somewhat "equal." Ask yourself how could the infinite God be totally equal to an infinitesimal tiny human-born man that was tempted to sin, became sin, and actually died? They are "equal" in the sense of God the Father is in and manifested by His Son.
God the Father does the anointing and Jesus is the anointed Messiah. They are two unequal beings.
Hebrews 7:20 "And none of this happened without an oath. For others became priests without an oath, 21 but Jesus became a priest with an oath by the One who said to Him:
“The Lord has sworn and will not change His mind: ‘You are a priest forever.’ ” [God who is HOLY does not need to be a priest. Sinful human beings need a priest to make intercessions for us all so to help us repent of sin and to inherit eternal life.]. The Messiah is the priest, the man-Christ Mediator who makes intercession for us.
Hebrews 7:22 "Because of this oath, Jesus has become the guarantee of a better covenant.
23 Now there have been many other priests, since death prevented them from continuing in office. 24 But because Jesus lives forever, He has a permanent priesthood. 25 Therefore He is able to save completely those who draw near to God through Him, since He always lives to intercede for them.
26 Such a high priest truly befits us—One who is holy, innocent, undefiled, set apart from sinners, and exalted above the heavens. 27 Unlike the other high priests, He does not need to offer daily sacrifices, first for His own sins and then for the sins of the people; He sacrificed for sin once and for all when He offered up Himself. 28 For the law appoints as high priests men who are weak; but the oath, which came after the law, appointed the Son, who has been made perfect forever."
The expectation of a future Messiah and the future anointed king:
Genesis 49:10 (ESV) — 10 "The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the ruler’s staff from between His feet, until tribute comes to Him; and to Him shall be the obedience of the peoples." In Luke 19:27 King Jesus warns their disobedience and rebellion will result in their deaths.
Luke 19:26 “He replied, ‘I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for the one who has nothing, even what they have will be taken away. 27 But those enemies of Mine who did not want Me to be king over them— bring them here and kill them in front of me.’ ” Many, many Christians do NOT want King Jesus reigning in their minds and souls or reigning over America with enough Christian U.S. Laws to save the children who are being ruined and destroyed in the public schools. Christians are COMMANDED to have "fruits of the Spirit" and to do the "works prepared from the foundation of the world."
Isaiah 16:5 "Then a throne will be established in steadfast love, and on it will sit in faithfulness in the tent of David one who judges and seeks justice and is swift to do righteousness.” Jesus the Messiah sits on the throne of David today!
Numbers 24:17 "I see Him, but not now; I behold Him, but not near: a star shall come out of Jacob, and a scepter shall rise out of Israel; it shall crush the forehead of Moab and break down all the sons of Sheth." This is a prophecy of King Jesus.
2Samuel 7:12 "When your days are fulfilled and you lie down with your fathers, I will raise up your offspring after you, who shall come from your body, and I will establish His kingdom. 13 He shall build a house for My Name [the Bride, the Body of Christ], and I will establish the Throne of His Kingdom Forever."
Psalm 2:7 "I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to Me, “You are my Son; today I have BEGOTTEN You. 8 Ask of Me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. 9 You shall break them with a Rod of Iron [FULFILLED in Rev 2:27; 19:5] and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.”
Psalm 45:6 "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. The scepter of Your kingdom is a scepter of uprightness; 7 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness. [Because Christ chose to obey His Father] Therefore God, your God, has anointed You with the oil of gladness beyond Your companions." Jesus the Messiah is anointed above all having "All authority in Heaven and on earth" Mt 28:18.
Psalm 110:1 "The Lord says to my Lord: “Sit at My Right Hand, until I make your enemies your footstool.” 2 The Lord sends forth from Zion your mighty scepter. Rule in the midst of your enemies!" If Christians truly want to be victorious with the authority of Jesus Christ, they must believe King Jesus is ruling with full authority today! Christ rules with His Father, it is always a team operation from the Beginning of Heaven and Earth until the First Resurrection and eternal life in the New Heaven and New Earth when the Father will be "All in All."
Psalm 132:11 The Tabernacling of Yahweh of The Lord established David’s dynasty (“one of your own descendants,” “your sons,” “their sons,” vv 11-12). The promise of kings coming out of Abraham’s seed is thus being fulfilled in David’s dynasty (Genesis 17:6). The promises focus on David, as He is the divinely appointed “Seed” by whom the promises of the covenants are to be fulfilled in us who believe.
Psalm 132:11 "The Lord swore to David a sure oath from which He will not turn back: “One of the sons of your body I will set on your throne. 12 If your sons keep My covenant and My testimonies that I shall teach them, their sons also forever shall sit on your throne.”
Isaiah 9:6 "For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and His Name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. 7 Of the increase of His government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over His kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this." The Everlasting Father is expressed through His Son Jesus, but He has His own individual "Soul" and personality. God the Father is Almighty God expressed in His Son Jesus. God the Father is the God of Wisdom and expressed His Wisdom in His Son the Messiah.
Ezekiel 37:24 “My servant David shall be king over them, and they shall all have One Shepherd [Jesus the Messiah]. They shall walk in My rules and be careful to obey My statutes."
Micah 5:2 "But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, who are too little to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for Me One Who is to be Ruler in Israel, Whose coming forth is from of old [Hebrew: everlasting], from ancient days." Jesus is "everlasting," "eternal," "immortal" but there was an "ancient day" when He was "Spoken" into eternal existence as the "Word" of God His Father.

Zechariah 9:9 "Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; righteous and having salvation is He, humble and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey."
The future anointed priest.
(Jesus is the ONLY begotten/created Son of God and God Incarnate. Christ is a PRIEST of God His Father for His people.)
Psalm 110:4 "The Lord has sworn and will not change His Mind, “You are a Priest forever after the order of Melchizedek.” Melchizedek just appeared out of "nowhere" without a ritualistic genealogical order such as the Levite priesthood from Levi. Likewise Jesus appeared out of "nowhere." Jesus was Spoken into existence, conceived by the Holy Spirit of His Father. Although the genealogy of Jesus is documented from Adam for both parents; Mary's genealogy is in Luke 3:23-38, and Joseph's genealogy is in Matthew 1:1-17.
***
Zechariah 6:13 "It is he who shall build the temple of the Lord and shall bear royal honor, and shall sit and rule on his throne. And there shall be a priest on his throne, and the counsel of peace shall be between them both.”
The future anointed prophet.
Isaiah 61:1 "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has ANOINTED Me to bring good news to the poor; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; 2 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor, [Jesus stopped reading here in Nazareth because Jacob's Trouble and Great Tribulation was to come to pass about forty years later] and the Day of Vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn." Jesus the Messiah is the anointed one, God His Father does the anointing. Jesus said He could do nothing as the "Last Adam," a human being, and the fullness of God dwelt in Him as much as God can dwell in an infinitesimal human being unto the time of the Cross when Jesus became sin and the Father had to leave Him until Christ's point of death when, at that time, moments before, Jesus prayed His Father receive His Spirit. Colossians 1:16 has written Heaven and Earth were created THROUGH His Son. However, it is the Father who is the actual Creator. Just as power flowed through Jesus for healing, the creation of Heaven and Earth flowed through Jesus the Holy One of God in eternity.
Colossians 1:15 "The Son is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. 16 For in Him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or powers or rulers or authorities; all things have been created through Him and for Him. 17 He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. 18 And He is the Head of the body, the church; He is the beginning and the firstborn from among the dead, so that in everything He might have the supremacy. 19 For God was pleased to have all His fullness dwell in Him, 20 and through Him to reconcile to Himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through His blood, shed on the cross."
Deuteronomy 18:18 "I will raise up for them a prophet like you from among their brothers. And I will put my words in his mouth, and he shall speak to them all that I command him."
The future anointed judge
Isaiah 2:4 "He shall judge between the nations, and shall decide disputes for many peoples; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore."
Isaiah 11:3 "And his delight shall be in the fear of the Lord. He shall not judge by what his eyes see, or decide disputes by what his ears hear, 4 but with righteousness He shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth; and He shall strike the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips He shall Kill the wicked."
Micah 4:3 (ESV) — 3 "He shall judge between many peoples, and shall decide disputes for strong nations far away; and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruning hooks; nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore."
The Supremacy of the Son of God and The future anointed servant of God:
Isaiah 42:1 "Behold My servant, whom I uphold, My chosen, in whom My Soul delights; I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the nations. 2 He will not cry aloud or lift up his voice, or make it heard in the street; 3 a bruised reed he will not break, and a faintly burning wick he will not quench; he will faithfully bring forth justice. 4 He will not grow faint or be discouraged till he has established justice in the earth; and the coastlands wait for his law."
Isaiah 49:1 "Listen to me, O coastlands, and give attention, you peoples from afar. The Lord called me from the womb, from the body of my mother he named my name. 2 He made my mouth like a sharp sword; in the shadow of his hand he hid me; he made me a polished arrow; in his quiver he hid me away. 3 And he said to me, “You are my servant, Israel, in whom I will be glorified.” 4 But I said, “I have labored in vain; I have spent my strength for nothing and vanity; yet surely my right is with the Lord, and my recompense with my God.” 5 And now the Lord says, he who formed me from the womb to be his servant, to bring Jacob back to him; and that Israel might be gathered to him— for I am honored in the eyes of the Lord, and my God has become my strength— 6 He says: “It is too light a thing that you should be My servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob and to bring back the preserved of Israel; I will make you as a light for the nations, that My salvation may reach to the end of the earth.”
Isaiah 50:4 "The Lord God has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with a word him who is weary. Morning by morning he awakens; he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught. 5 The Lord God has opened my ear, and I was not rebellious; I turned not backward. 6 I gave my back to those who strike, and my cheeks to those who pull out the beard; I hid not my face from disgrace and spitting. 7 But the Lord God helps me; therefore I have not been disgraced; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame. 8 He who vindicates me is near. Who will contend with me? Let us stand up together. Who is my adversary? Let him come near to me. 9 Behold, the Lord God helps me; who will declare me guilty? Behold, all of them will wear out like a garment; the moth will eat them up." It is the Greater God who helps His Temple, the Son of God who is the "express image of the living God."
Philippians 2:6 "Who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped." It is clearly written Jesus was NOT equal with God His Father. Equality of Infinity of His Father was NOT with His reach. Jesus the Messiah is the "Last Adam," a man, although He was always with His Father in Him, was tempted, yet without sin, and is interceding as the Mediator, the Man-Christ Jesus between God and man."
Colossians 1:15 "He is the IMAGE of the invisible God, the FIRSTBORN of all CREATION."
Isaiah 52:13 "Behold, My Servant shall act wisely; He shall be high and lifted up, and shall be exalted. 14 As many were astonished at you— His appearance was so marred, beyond human semblance, and His form beyond that of the children of mankind— 15 so shall He sprinkle many nations. Kings shall shut their mouths because of Him, for that which has not been told them they see, and that which they have not heard they understand. 53:1 Who has believed what he has heard from us? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed? 2 For he grew up before him like a young plant, and like a root out of dry ground; he had no form or majesty that we should look at him, and no beauty that we should desire Him. 3 He was despised and rejected by men, a man of sorrows and acquainted with grief; and as one from whom men hide their faces He was despised, and we esteemed him not. 4 Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. 5 But he was pierced for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon Him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with His wounds we are healed. 6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned—every one—to his own way; and the Lord has laid on him the iniquity of us all. 7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not His mouth; like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so He opened not his mouth. 8 By oppression and judgment he was taken away; and as for his generation, who considered that He was cut off out of the land of the living, stricken for the transgression of My people. 9 And they made His grave with the wicked and with a rich man in His death, although he had done no violence, and there was no deceit in his mouth. 10 Yet it was the will of the Lord to CRUSH Him; He has put him to grief; when his soul makes an offering for guilt, He shall see his offspring; He shall prolong his days; the will of the Lord shall prosper in his hand. 11 Out of the anguish of His soul he shall see and be satisfied; by His knowledge shall the righteous one, My Servant, make many to be accounted righteous, and He shall bear their iniquities. 12 Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the many, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong, because He poured out his soul to death and was numbered with the transgressors; yet He bore the sin of many, and makes intercession for the transgressors."
“Christ” means “Messiah” or “anointed one”. As the Christ, Jesus is the one who fulfills all OT expectations. Paul’s phrase “in Christ” indicates the intimate relationship between Jesus Christ and his people.
The Christ as the anointed one
The act of anointing in the OT
The Anointing symbolizes God’s calling and being equipped by His Spirit.
1Samuel 16:13 "Then Samuel took the horn of oil and anointed him in the midst of his brothers. And the Spirit of the Lord rushed upon David from that day forward. And Samuel rose up and went to Ramah."
Exodus 40:15 "And anoint them, as you anointed their father, that they may serve Me as priests. And their anointing shall admit them to a perpetual priesthood throughout their generations.”
Leviticus 8:12 "And he poured some of the anointing oil on Aaron’s head and anointed him to consecrate him."
1Samuel 10:1 "Then Samuel took a flask of oil and poured it on his head and kissed him and said, “Has not the Lord anointed you to be prince over his people Israel? And you shall reign over the people of the Lord and you will save them from the hand of their surrounding enemies. And this shall be the sign to you that the Lord has anointed you to be prince over his heritage."
1Kings 1:39 "There Zadok the priest took the horn of oil from the tent and anointed Solomon. Then they blew the trumpet, and all the people said, “Long live King Solomon!”
Anointed OT leaders
Priests:
Exodus 29:7 "You shall take the anointing oil and pour it on his head and anoint him."
Leviticus 4:3 "If it is the anointed priest who sins, thus bringing guilt on the people, then he shall offer for the sin that he has committed a bull from the herd without blemish to the Lord for a sin offering."
Leviticus 4:5 "And the anointed priest shall take some of the blood of the bull and bring it into the tent of meeting."
Leviticus 6:20 “This is the offering that Aaron and his sons shall offer to the Lord on the day when he is anointed: a tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a regular grain offering, half of it in the morning and half in the evening."
Leviticus 16:32 "And the priest who is anointed and consecrated as priest in his father’s place shall make atonement, wearing the holy linen garments."
Kings:
1Samuel 24:6 "He said to his men, “The Lord forbid that I should do this thing to my lord, the Lord’s anointed, to put out my hand against him, seeing he is the Lord’s anointed.”
1Samuel 24:10 "Behold, this day your eyes have seen how the Lord gave you today into my hand in the cave. And some told me to kill you, but I spared you. I said, ‘I will not put out my hand against my lord, for he is the Lord’s anointed.’"
1Samuel 26:9 "But David said to Abishai, “Do not destroy him, for who can put out his hand against the Lord’s anointed and be guiltless?”
1Samuel 26:11 "The Lord forbid that I should put out my hand against the Lord’s anointed. But take now the spear that is at his head and the jar of water, and let us go.”
1Samuel 26:16 "This thing that you have done is not good. As the Lord lives, you deserve to die, because you have not kept watch over your lord, the Lord’s anointed. And now see where the king’s spear is and the jar of water that was at his head.”
1Samuel 26:23 "The Lord rewards every man for his righteousness and his faithfulness, for the Lord gave you into my hand today, and I would not put out my hand against the Lord’s anointed."
Psalm 18:50 "Great salvation he brings to his king, and shows steadfast love to his anointed, to David and his offspring forever."
Psalm 20:6 "Now I know that the Lord saves his anointed; he will answer him from his holy heaven with the saving might of his right hand.
Psalm 132:10 "For the sake of your servant David, do not turn away the face of your anointed one."
The OT promise of a future anointed leader:
Isaiah 11:1 "There shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse, and a branch from his roots shall bear fruit. 2 And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord."
Isaiah 42:1 "Behold My Servant, whom I uphold, My Chosen, in whom My Soul delights; I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the nations." Jesus the Messiah is God the Father's SERVANT and NOT coequal with Him. God the Father puts HIS SPIRIT UPON CHRIST and NOT the reverse. The Greater One anoints the lesser ones, the Father is Greater than His Son Jesus. God the Father is the "Father of spirits" (Hebrews 12:9) and anoints those He delights in.
Jeremiah 23:5 “Behold, the days are coming, declares the Lord, when I will raise up for David a Righteous Branch, and He shall reign as king and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land. 6 In His days Judah will be saved, and Israel will dwell securely. And this is the Name by which He will be called: ‘The Lord is our righteousness.’
Jesus’ own claims to be the Christ:
John 4:25 "The woman said to him, “I know that Messiah is coming (He who is called Christ). When he comes, he will tell us all things.” 26 Jesus said to her, “I who speak to you am He.”
Matthew 23:10 "Neither be called instructors, for you have One Instructor, The Christ."
Matthew 26:63 "But Jesus remained silent. And [Caiaphas] the high priest said to him, “I adjure you by The Living God, tell us if you are the Christ, the Son of God.” 64 Jesus said to him, “You have said so. But I tell you, from now on you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power and coming on the clouds of heaven.”
John 10:24 "So the Jews gathered around him and said to him, “How long will you keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” 25 Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe. The works that I do in My Father’s Name bear witness about Me."
Jesus recognized as The Messiah, The Christ:
Matthew 16:16 "Simon Peter replied, “You are the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
Luke 2:26 "And it had been revealed to him by the Holy Spirit that he would not see death before he had seen the Lord’s Christ. 27 And he came in the Spirit into the temple, and when the parents brought in the child Jesus, to do for Him according to the custom of the Law, 28 he took Him up in his arms and blessed God and said, 29 “Lord, now you are letting your servant depart in peace, according to your word; 30 for my eyes have seen your salvation 31 that you have prepared in the presence of all peoples, 32 a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and for glory to your people Israel.”
Luke 4:41 "And demons also came out of many, crying, “You are the Son of God!” But He rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew that he was the Christ."
John 1:41 "He first found his own brother Simon and said to him, “We have found the Messiah” (which means Christ). 42 He brought him to Jesus. Jesus looked at him and said, “You are Simon the son of John. You shall be called Cephas” (which means Peter)."
John 11:27 "She said to him, “Yes, Lord; I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of God, Who is coming into the world.”
Jesus’ demanded that His identity as the Christ should not be publicized:
Mt 16:20 shows Jesus’ reluctance to be known as the Christ is partially due to Jewish misunderstandings of the Messiah’s true role.
Matthew 16:20 "Then he strictly charged the disciples to tell no one that He was the Christ."
Matthew 12:16 "and [Jesus] ordered them not to make Him known."
Luke 4:41 "And demons also came out of many, crying, “You are the Son of God!” But He rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew that He was the Christ."
Grounds for affirming Jesus as the Christ:
Jesus Christ’s birth in Bethlehem
Matthew 2:4b ..."Where the Christ was to be born. 5 They told him, “In Bethlehem of Judea, for so it is written by the prophet: 6 “ ‘And you, O Bethlehem, in the land of Judah, are by no means least among the rulers of Judah; for from you shall come a Ruler who will Shepherd My people Israel.’ ”
Micah 5:2 "But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, who are too little to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for Me One who is to be Ruler in Israel, whose coming forth is from of old, from ancient days."
Luke 2:4 "And Joseph also went up from Galilee, from the town of Nazareth, to Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, 5 to be registered with Mary, his betrothed, who was with child. 6 And while they were there, the time came for her to give birth. 7 And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.
Jesus Christ’s spiritual anointing from God:
Acts 10:38 "how God ANOINTED Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with Power. He went about doing good and Healing All who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him."
Matthew 3:16 "And when Jesus was baptized, immediately He went up from the water, and behold, the heavens were opened to Him, and He saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove and coming to rest on him."
John 3:34 "For He whom God has sent utters the Words of God, for He gives the Spirit without measure."
Acts 4:27 "for truly in this city there were gathered together against Your Holy Servant Jesus, whom You anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israel."
Jesus Christ’s proclamation of Jubilee:
Luke 4:17 "And the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was given to Him. He unrolled the scroll and found the place where it was written, 18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has Anointed Me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, 19 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.” 20 And he rolled up the scroll and gave it back to the attendant and sat down. And the eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on him. 21 And he began to say to them, “Today this Scripture has been fulfilled in your hearing.”
In Isaiah 61:1–2 Isaiah’s words are borrowed from the language of the Year of Jubilee (Leviticus chapter 25), which was to be a time when true freedom was restored.
Isaiah 61:1 "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to bring good news to the poor; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; 2 to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn."
Jesus Christ’s healing ministry:
Matthew 8:16 "That evening they brought to Him many who were oppressed by demons, and He cast out the spirits with a word and healed all who were sick. 17 This was to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet Isaiah: “He took our illnesses and bore our diseases.”
Isaiah 53:4 "Surely He has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed Him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted."
Matthew 11:2 "Now when John heard in prison about the deeds of the Christ, he sent word by his disciples 3 and said to him, “Are you the one who is to come, or shall we look for another?” 4 And Jesus answered them, “Go and tell John what you hear and see: 5 the blind receive their sight and the lame walk, lepers are cleansed and the deaf hear, and the dead are raised up, and the poor have good news preached to them."
John 7:31 "Yet many of the people believed in Him. They said, “When the Christ appears, will He do more signs than this man has done?”
Jesus Christ’s prophetic ministry:
John 4:29 “Come, see a man who told me all that I ever did. Can this be the Christ?”
Matthew 21:45 "When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard His parables, they perceived that He was speaking about them. 46 And although they were seeking to arrest Him, they feared the crowds, because they held Him to be a Prophet."
John 4:19 "The woman said to him, “Sir, I perceive that you are a Prophet."
John 7:26 "And here He is, speaking openly, and they say nothing to Him! Can it be that the authorities really know that this is the Christ?
Jesus Christ’s suffering, death and resurrection:
Luke 24:26 "Was it not necessary that the Christ should suffer these things and enter into His glory?”
Luke 24:46 "And said to them, “Thus it is written, that the Christ should suffer and on the third day rise from the dead."
Acts 3:18 "But what God foretold by the mouth of all the prophets, that His Christ would suffer, He thus fulfilled."
Acts 17:3 "Explaining and proving that it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead, and saying, “This Jesus, whom I proclaim to you, is the Christ.”
Acts 26:23 "That the Christ must suffer and that, by being the first to rise from the dead, He would proclaim light both to our people and to the Gentiles.”
Jesus Christ’s fulfillment of prophecy:
2Corinthians 1:20 "For ALL the promises of God find their Yes in Him. That is why it is through Him that we utter our Amen to God for His glory."
Matthew 1:22 "All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet: 23 “Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel” (which means, God with us)."
Isaiah 7:14 "Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His Name Immanuel."
Matthew 26:21 "And as they were eating, He said, “Truly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me.” 22 "And they were very sorrowful and began to say to him one after another, “Is it I, Lord?” 23 He answered, “He who has dipped his hand in the dish with me will betray me. 24 The Son of Man goes as it is written of him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been better for that man if he had not been born.”
Psalm 41:9 "Even My close friend in whom I trusted, who ate my bread, has lifted his heel against Me."
Matthew 21:4 "This took place to fulfill what was spoken by the prophet, saying, 5 “Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold, your king is coming to you, humble, and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’ ” 6 The disciples went and did as Jesus had directed them. 7 They brought the donkey and the colt and put on them their cloaks, and he sat on them."
Zechariah 9:9 "Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout aloud, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; righteous and having Salvation is He, humble and mounted on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey."
Matthew 21:8 "Most of the crowd spread their cloaks on the road, and others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road. 9 And the crowds that went before him and that followed him were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”
Psalm 118:26 "Blessed is He who comes in the Name of the Lord! We bless you from the house of the Lord."
Acts 2:22 “Men of Israel, hear these words: Jesus of Nazareth, a man attested to you by God with mighty works and wonders and signs that GOD DID THROUGH HIM in your midst, as you yourselves know— 23 this Jesus, delivered up according to the definite plan and foreknowledge of God, you crucified and killed by the hands of lawless men. 24 GOD RAISED HIM UP, loosing the pangs of death, because it was not possible for him to be held by it. 25 For David says concerning him, “ ‘I saw the Lord always before me, for he is at my right hand that I may not be shaken; 26 therefore my heart was glad, and my tongue rejoiced; my flesh also will dwell in hope. 27 For you will not abandon My soul to Hades, or let your Holy One see corruption. 28 You have made known to me the paths of life; you will make me full of gladness with your presence.’ 29 “Brothers, I may say to you with confidence about the patriarch David that he both died and was buried, and his tomb is with us to this day. 30 Being therefore a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that he would set one of his descendants on his throne, 31 He foresaw and spoke about the resurrection of the Christ, that He was not abandoned to Hades, nor did his flesh see corruption. 32 This Jesus God raised up, and of that we all are witnesses. 33 Being therefore exalted at the right hand of God, and having received from the Father the promise of the Holy Spirit, He has poured out this that you yourselves are seeing and hearing. 34 For David did not ascend into the heavens, but he himself says, “ ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at my right hand, 35 until I make your enemies your footstool.” ’ 36 Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.” The Son of God, God Incarnate, and the Messiah, the Anointed One was a creation of God His Father as a WORD of God.
God’s establishment of Jesus Christ as king:
Luke 1:32 "He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, 33 and He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of his kingdom there will be no end.”
Psalm 2:6 “As for me, I have set my King on Zion, my holy hill.” 7 I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you." JESUS IS A CREATED BEING, THE LAST ADAM THAT GOD HIS FATHER CREATED.
Isaiah 9:6 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon his shoulder, and his name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."
Luke 22:29 and I assign to you, as My Father assigned to Me, A Kingdom.
Messianic titles used of Jesus:
Son of David:
Matthew 1:1 "The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham."
Matthew 15:22 "And behold, a Canaanite woman from that region came out and was crying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David; my daughter is severely oppressed by a demon.”
Matthew 21:9 "And the crowds that went before him and that followed him were shouting, “Hosanna to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the Name of the Lord! Hosanna in the highest!”
Matthew 20:30 "And behold, there were two blind men sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was passing by, they cried out, “Lord, have mercy on us, Son of David!” 31 The crowd rebuked them, telling them to be silent, but they cried out all the more, “Lord, have mercy on us, Son of David!”
2Timothy 2:8 "Remember Jesus Christ, risen from the dead, the offspring of David, as preached in my gospel."
Son of God:
Matthew 14:33 "And those in the boat worshiped Him, saying, “Truly you are the Son of God.”
Matthew 27:54 "When the centurion and those who were with him, keeping watch over Jesus, saw the earthquake and what took place, they were filled with awe and said, “Truly this was the Son of God!”
John 1:34 "And I have seen and have borne witness that this is the Son of God.”
The Prophet:
Matthew 21:11 "And the crowds said, “This is the prophet Jesus, from Nazareth of Galilee.”
John 6:14 "When the people saw the sign that he had done, they said, “This is indeed the Prophet who is to come into the world!”
John 7:40 "When they heard these words, some of the people said, “This really is the Prophet.”
King of the Jews:
Matthew 2:2 [Wise men saying] “Where is He who has been born king of the Jews? For we saw His star when it rose and have come to worship him.”
Matthew 27:37 "And over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
Mark 15:32 "Let the Christ, the King of Israel, come down now from the cross that we may see and believe.” Those who were crucified with him also reviled him."
John 12:13 "So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, “Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the Name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!”
Hebrews 2:17 "Therefore he had to be made like his brothers in every respect, so that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in the service of God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people."
Hebrews 4:14 "Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. 15 For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin."
Hebrews 5:5 "So also Christ did not exalt himself to be made a high priest, but was appointed by him who said to him, “You are my Son, today I have begotten you.”
Hebrews 6:20 where Jesus has gone as a forerunner on our behalf, having become a high priest forever after the order of Melchizedek."
Hebrews 7:26 "For it was indeed fitting that we should have such a High Priest, Holy, Innocent, Unstained, Separated from sinners, and Exalted above the Heavens."
Hebrews 8:1 "Now the point in what we are saying is this: we have such a high priest, one who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Majesty in heaven."
Israel’s rejection of Jesus as the Christ. Jesus’ messiahship was largely rejected by the Jews:
Matthew 27:22 "Pilate said to them, “Then what shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?” They all said, “Let him be crucified!”
John 1:11 "He came to His own, and His own people did not receive Him."
John 8:13 "So the Pharisees said to him, “You are bearing witness about yourself; your testimony is not true.”
John 11:37 "But some of them said, “Could not He who opened the eyes of the blind man also have kept this man from dying?”
Acts 7:52 "Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who announced beforehand the coming of the Righteous One, whom you have now betrayed and murdered, 53 you who received The Law as delivered by angels and did not keep it.”
Acts 17:3 "Explaining and proving that it was necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead, and saying, “This Jesus, whom I proclaim to you, is the Christ.” 4 And some of them were persuaded and joined Paul and Silas, as did a great many of the devout Greeks and not a few of the leading women. 5 But the Jews were jealous, and taking some wicked men of the rabble, they formed a mob, set the city in an uproar, and attacked the house of Jason, seeking to bring them out to the crowd."
Jesus was accused of blasphemy because of His claims to be the Christ:
Mark 14:61 "But he remained silent and made no answer. Again the high priest asked him, “Are you the Christ, the Son of the Blessed?” 62 And Jesus said, “I Am, and you will see the Son of Man seated at the right hand of Power, and coming with the clouds of heaven.” 63 And the high priest tore his garments and said, “What further witnesses do we need? 64 You have heard His blasphemy. What is your decision?” And they all condemned Him as deserving death.
That Jesus is the Christ is a central Christian belief:
John 20:31 "but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in His Name."
John 11:27 "She said to Him, “Yes, Lord; I believe that you are the Christ, the Son of God, who is coming into the world.”"
1John 5:1 "Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of Him."
The apostles’ message was that Jesus is the Christ:
Acts 5:42 "And every day, in the temple and from house to house, they did not cease teaching and preaching that the Christ is Jesus."
Acts 2:36 "Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made Him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.” GOD THE FATHER MADE JESUS BOTH LORD AND CHRIST! The Son of God did NOT make Himself both Lord and The Messiah, it was God His Father Who dwells in Him which made The Messiah what He is today!
Acts 9:22 "But Saul increased all the more in strength, and confounded the Jews who lived in Damascus by proving that Jesus was the Christ."
Acts 10:38 "How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him." The singular GOD, one person, the Father of Jesus was with the man-Christ Son of God Jesus.
Acts 18:5 "When Silas and Timothy arrived from Macedonia, Paul was occupied with the WORD, testifying to the Jews that the Christ/Messiah was Jesus."
Acts 18:28 "For he powerfully refuted the Jews in public, showing by the Scriptures that the Christ was Jesus."
Jesus Christ is the representative head of the church:
Baptism is into Christ:
Galatians 3:27 "For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ."
Acts 2:38 "And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the Name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit."
Acts 10:48 "And he commanded them to be baptized In The Name of Jesus Christ. Then they asked him to remain for some days."
Romans 6:3 "Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death?"
Jesus Christ lives within believers:
Galatians 2:20" I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me."
Romans 6:8 "Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with Him."
Romans 8:1 "There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus."
Romans 16:7 "Greet Andronicus and Junia, my kinsmen and my fellow prisoners. They are well known to the apostles, and they were in Christ before me."
1Corinthians 1:30 "And because of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption."
Ephesians 1:13 "In Him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in Him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit."
Colossians 3:1 "If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God."

{Section <PreachingTheme = Prophecy: Jesus>}
There are over 300 verses regarding the Messiah in the O.T.
Jesus is the Last Adam, God Incarnate, the "Everlasting Father" who dwelt inside Christ. Jesus died on the Cross and prayed "Father receive My Spirit."
God is unchanging and cannot die. The Son died and NOT the eternal Father. The Father is everything and the Son is His gift of eternal life to mankind.
Acts 10:38 "How God ANOINTED Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power. He went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him."
Isaiah 61:1 "The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me, because the LORD has ANOINTED Me to bring good news to the poor; He has sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound."
Psalm 45:7 "You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
Therefore God, Your God, has ANOINTED You With the oil of joy above Your fellows."
Hebrews 1:9 “You have loved righteousness and hated lawlessness; Therefore God, Your God, has anointed You With the oil of gladness above Your companions.”
Jesus is God with a Big "G" as He is the express image of His Father. Jesus told Thomas as a result, those who have seen Jesus have seen the Father as the Son "ALWAYS DID WHAT WAS PLEASING TO THE FATHER" (John 8:29).
Jesus emphasized the fact He could do NOTHING, none of these miracles. His Father deserves full credit for all the miracles, healing power, and even for the oracles of God that Christ spoke.
John 8:28 So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do NOTHING on My own, but speak exactly what the Father has taught Me. 29 He who sent Me is with Me. He has not left Me alone, because I always do what pleases Him.”
John 10:34 "Jesus answered them, "Has it not been written in your Law, 'I said you are gods?'" The Father gave the Son everything in the WORD of Jn 1:1. This does not make the SON equal with the Father who is bigger than the universe, but means He only conformed Himself to His Father and Christ authorized whatever was commanded by His Father to be done in the WORD of John 1:1. It is one specific WORD of the many WORDS of Creation GOD the Father has spoken throughout eternity.
The Promise of the Holy Spirit.
John 15:14 "He will glorify Me by taking from what is Mine and disclosing it to you. 15 Everything that belongs to the Father is Mine. That is why I said that the Spirit will take from what is Mine and disclose it to you. 16 In a little while you will see Me no more, and then after a little while you will see Me.” The context of "everything" the Father has is in regards to what He has revealed to His Son Jesus and is willing to disclose it to all believers that receive the Gift of the Holy Spirit.
Though Christ's detractors in John 10:33 said Christ was EQUAL with GOD, Jesus NEVER said that! In fact Christ did not even regard equality within His grasping range (Philippians 2:6-7). Christ was limited by what His Heavenly Father told Him to do. It was always the Father's command for the Son to speak the WORD as His Father commanded Him, for the miracles and asking His Father to send angels who was the supreme authority. Without the Father’s authorization in everything, Christ could do absolutely nothing.
The Messiah Jesus had a choice to love or reject righteousness and hated lawlessness. Therefore the Father refers to the Son in the midst of his companions, which are also created beings. Though the Father knew Christ would hold for righteousness and God's Law from the first moment He spoke the WORD, Hebrews 1:8-9 clearly shows Christ had to make right choices to use His free will to choose righteousness and reject the sinful alternatives.
In the New City Jerusalem on the New Earth, in the immortal bodies of the saints, we shall see the Father, as much as Thomas saw the Father through the firewall of the Son Christ Jesus who expressed His Father's will and words.
God did place some of His Spirit/Breath into ADAM when HE became a LIVING SOUL and as a result, as God is eternal, He has placed some of His eternal beings into making each spirit of all of life. As Job 33:4b "BREATH of the ALMIGHTY [WORD] gives me life." Acts 17:25b "He gives to ALL life, breath, and all things." Even bacteria that do not breathe, have the BREATH of God (each life has a unique spirit, the center of conscience existence), and as a result, like people's pets they also love, will live forever. Ecclesiastes 3:11 "God has [literally] put [knowledge and His eternal Breath] eternity in their hearts."
God has put His "Breath" into all life and as a result, it is the decision of all men to choose Jesus or choose eternal separation. All men and women know there is an eternity. The problem is most people continue to sin and "love the darkness," they love their wicked deeds more than Truth and “God is Light" and His Son Jesus Christ.
The heresy of annihilation and not existing forever is incompatible with God’s substance of His Holy Spirit, "God's Breath" in all life at the beginning. God "Breathed" His Breath-Spirit of Eternity of His very being into Adam. God would have to destroy part of Himself which is NOT possible since He is the basis of eternity which exists in His very Being/substance.
God's Breath cannot be destroyed, as it is God's very being-Spiritual substance that God took from Himself and put His breath into every creature (Job 34:14-15; Ps 33:6). The Holy Spirit is the essence of God Himself and He cannot annihilate Himself and His essence. The universe is being held together by His Spirit and His Breath of His WORD. The "firewall" of the universe between God and sin and darkness of eternal separation is Christ Jesus His WORD. Colossians 1:16 "All things were created through Jesus Christ and for Him." Just as Christ, who said, "I can do nothing" but whatever the Father said to do, that is what Christ said and did. Including the Creation of the universe as Christ spoke into existence in the beginning, just as Christ spoke miracles, supernatural acts, and healings into existence during His earthly ministry as the Son of Man two thousand years ago.
Physical matter and time/space/energy/matter may be burned up in a fervent heat and be destroyed (2Peter 3:12), however, God’s Spirit cannot be destroyed. Just as people have cesspools, so God has the exile of “outer darkness” and “Lake of Fire” as His cesspools for those who reject His rule, holiness, and order in their lives.
As a result, God can only partition and separate the sinful spirits away from His Light in “outer darkness” forever.
Revelation 4:9 "...Him who Lives Forever and Ever..." The WORDing for eternal torment is the same as the time of eternity of God's Existence...
Revelation 7:12 "...Power and Might, be to our God Forever and Ever Amen." The time of eternal torment is the same wording for the eternal duration of God's Power and His Might.
Revelation 11:15 "...He will reign Forever and Ever." The same WORDing used for eternal tormenting is used for the eternal reign of God Almighty and Jesus His Son.
Revelation 20:10 "...THEY WILL BE TORMENTED DAY AND NIGHT FOREVER AND EVER." No eradication or annihilation of souls is possible as God’s WORD has written (Rev 14:11; 20:10). The WORD has written, "they will be tormented day and night forever and ever." The same wording is used for the sentence of the torment of unrepentant sinners as for the length of time of God's very existence and the duration of the time in Heaven for saints as God's Bride for all eternity, "forever and ever."
Daniel 12:2 “And many of those who SLEEP in the dust of the ground will awake, these to EVERLASTING LIFE, but the OTHERS to disgrace and EVERLASTING CONTEMPT.”
The eternal time of duration of Christians in Heaven is the same wording as the duration of sinners in the Second Death of the metaphor "Lake of Fire" (Rev 20:10). Being separated from God our Creator and giver of life, in any shape, form, or manner, will become eternal torment.
The eternal time duration for both Heaven or being damned to outer darkness is identical in the greek grammar of the manuscripts of the gospel. The eternal time for one's soul in Heaven (Rev 22:5) is identical to the time period for those souls who chose to damn themselves to go to eternal darkness and suffering. In fact, the greek wording and grammar are identical, or about the same for describing the eternity of God's personal existence (Rev 15:7).
Some people love to cause suffering because they thrive on being sadists. God is a good parent and inflicts pain and suffering for our eternal good. When a human parent inflicts punishment and pain in love to help set behavioral boundaries for a healthy life is for the good welfare and future of the child.
Hebrews 5:8 “Although He [Christ] was a Son, He learned obedience from the things which He suffered.” Christ was a human being as Adam was and Christ had to learn to OBEY His Father without sinning, no matter how much it hurt, and it hurt plenty on the Cross as Christ was dying… God being Holy demands absolute obedience, which is why Christians who sin need to go through Christ the Mediator to His Father.
Eternal EXILE from God and Jesus will result in eternal. The suffering simply do not face the fact of being away from and hidden from God and His love that sustains this universe will result in NO friendly SUSTAINING ecosystem in eternity. They will Not have the friendly spiritual support system that God usually supplies to most people in this life.
The New Heaven will be better because the demons and sinning human beings who don’t want to be with God and Jesus will be exiled to the “outer darkness” compartment/dimension. Without evil existing in the New Heaven and New Earth, men’s souls will be at peace, rejoicing with the Great Holy Spirit of our Heavenly Father through Jesus forever.
2 Corinthians 4:18 "While we look not at the things which are SEEN, but at the THINGS which are not seen; for the things which are SEEN are TEMPORAL [temporary], but the THINGS which are NOT SEEN are ETERNAL." The Holy Spirit says, All physical matter is TEMPORARY or TEMPORAL. The heresy of physical matter, flesh, will inherit or exist in eternity is a false doctrine. Jesus has a new spiritual body which is UNKNOWN to us as Apostle John wrote in 1John 3:2 "Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is. And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure." In the New Heaven and Earth Christ Jesus is the LIGHT OF THE ENTIRE CREATION, there is no need for additional stars.
There is a LIMIT on God’s patience as the destruction of Israel in 70 A.D. has written.
Jesus said to forgive a FINITE LIMITED NUMBER OF TIMES (Mt 18:22) of 490 times 7x70 times every day, but one day the limit God has set will be reached and God’s patience will end and His Judgment and eternal exile will result for those who practice sinning daily.
Hebrews 10:24-31 “Let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more, as you see the day drawing near. For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, but a certain terrifying expectation of judgment, and THE FURY OF A FIRE WHICH WILL CONSUME THE ADVERSARIES.” To CONTINUE to sin and refusing to repent results in eternal damnation in the Lake of Fire, God’s Fury of Fire Forever.
God COMMANDS Christians to not neglect their frequent gathering together or God’s Judgment against them will be the result.
Hebrews 10:28-31 “Anyone who has set aside the Law of Moses dies without mercy on the testimony of two or three witnesses. How much severer punishment do you think he will deserve who has trampled under foot the Son of God, and has regarded as unclean the blood of the covenant by which he was sanctified, and has insulted the Spirit of grace? For we know Him who said, “VENGEANCE IS MINE, I WILL REPAY.” And again, “THE LORD WILL JUDGE HIS PEOPLE.” It is a terrifying thing to fall into the hands of the living God.””
To disregard the Will of the Son of God and the leading of the Holy Spirit results in God’s terrible judgment.
Genesis 6:3a “And Jehovah said, My Spirit shall not always strive with man.” God promises He will eventually end His efforts to fellowship with unrepentant sinful men’s spirits forever who insist they will continue in their sin and disregard the clear Will of the Holy Spirit.
Some Christians are not emotionally mature enough to accept the truth of orthodox Bible doctrines as written in the Holy Scriptures, instead, they have to insert opposite meanings for what is written to get heresies as being "erased" from existing (eisegesis). "Erased from the Book of Life" is what is erased, and not erasing or eradicating of the existence of one's eternal soul. God has a "free will," and He needs similar companions with a free will. God can "harden hearts" but He cannot change people's free will capability which will exist throughout all eternity.
The false doctrine of "actualization" of solidifying the lifetime choices of free will decisions made by people so they are incapable of sinning in Heaven is unbiblical. Christians will forever have a FREE WIILL just as JESUS CHRIST HAS A FREE WILL and chooses to be HOLY and OBEDIENT TO HIS FATHER FOREVER. Just as the angels in Heaven continue to have free will, human beings will continue to have a free will in Heaven and will be capable of sinning and being judged and will be cast into the Lake of Fire throughout eternity.
The basic problem for those that believe in annihilation's oblivion or having one's soul eradicated or "erased" is the soul/spirit is actually from God's personal Spirit, “God is Spirit,” eternal Breath, God's eternal "substance," His eternal Holy Spirit was breathed into Adam and now breathed into all life at its original creation. Since the spirit of man was once part of God, The Holy Spirit, God cannot annihilate His own substance of the Holy Spirit with His Will or He would eliminate Himself. The only option is to ban and exile those spirits who do not wish to be conformed into His Image and Likeness of His Son Jesus Christ.
God wants eternal companionship, and friendship that will last forever. Man being created in the image and likeness of God needs a suitable companion, this is why it is “not good that man is alone” or God does not want to be alone. This is the same reason Eve was created for Adam to be his companion man's wife, man is "made in our image and likeness" (Genesis 1:26). Once God spoke the WORD and Breathed His very Life Substance of His Holy Spirit into physical life of Adam, it was a forever step for Him to take part of Himself and make other beings with it. God gave part of Himself, His Holy Breath (Gen 2:7) so He could give life to sovereign human beings with a free will, as God also has free will. Amen
The Holy God cannot reassimilate His former substance of His Holy Spirit of a fallen sinful Creation, His former Breath was given to create the souls of men, through Adam, which is now "contaminated" unholy spirits by their sin but has to place them in a holding chamber of “Outer Darkness” for all of eternity, a "garbage dump" used by Jesus metaphorically for those who reference Gehenna-Hell garbage dump outside of ancient Jerusalem. Eternal separation is being placed by one's own choice in God's garbage dump/holding prison for unholy spirits that refused to cooperate with God through His only begotten Son Jesus, the firewall and Mediator between the Holy God and unholy and sinful mankind… Amen
“God is Light” so “Outer Darkness” is as far away as possible from the “Light of God” through His firewall WORD JESUS CHRIST THROUGH WHOM ALL THINGS WERE CREATED. Col 1:16 “For by and through Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities--all things have been created by and through Him and for Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.”
God plays for keeps, His Judgment is forever! Invite Jesus into your heart and seek to please your Creator who truly wants the best for you now and for all eternity… As Jesus "breathed upon His disciples" to receive the Holy Spirit, God and Jesus also wants you to receive His Holy Spirit today and be restored for all eternity to His paradise in Heaven. Amen
John 14:15 "If you love Me, you will keep My Commandments. 16 And I will ask the Father, and He will give you Another Advocate to be with you forever— 17 the Spirit of Truth. The world cannot receive Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you do know Him, for He abides with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 In a little while the world will see Me no more, but you will see Me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 On that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you. 21 Whoever has My Commandments and keeps them is the one who Loves Me. The one who Loves Me will be Loved by My Father, and I will Love him and reveal Myself to him.”
Jesus said, "Many are called, few are chosen." Do not be discouraged so few people respect the Truth enough to stand up for Him. Few Christians are willing to take the persecution and suffer with honor through hard trials and tribulations and withstand unchristian peer pressure. Few Christians resist those who work to turn them from the Truth to false doctrines and heresies, even if they are called accepted church traditions and "orthodoxy." Either Jesus is Lord or the traditions of man are their masters. In historical orthodoxy few as Martin Luther did, are willing to fight for the truth, even at the possible cost of their lives. Make Jesus your master and lord. God forbids you to NOT be deceived. "Be not deceived, God cannot be mocked." Jesus also said, "Either you are for Me or against Me" Mark 9:40.
Stand up for The Truth no matter what the cost in your life and accept the possible loss of possessions and always work to love and please your Creator and Heavenly Father and the Jesus Christ our LORD in all that you do in your life. Amen
The "gift of the Holy Spirit" given in Acts 2 was "another" being as Jesus said. This additional “other Holy Spirit” cannot speak on His own initiative, but repeats ONLY what the Father gives Him to speak (John 16:13).
This additional created being, could not be sent until Christ was glorified in Acts 1. The Father does NOT suffer from such limitations, Father is ready and willing to speak His WORD. The “gift of the Holy Spirit” and “Promise of the Father” is not the same person as the Father who speaks as He wishes. The “Gift of the Holy Spirit” given in Acts 2 after Jesus had ascended to be with His Father is not coequal with God the Father and also was a created being.
The Holy God cannot reassimilate His former substance of His former Holy Spirit, His former Breath was given to Adam to create the souls of men, which are now "contaminated" with a sinful nature, and most are unholy spirits because their sin, but has to place them in a holding chamber for all of eternity, a "garbage dump" used by Jesus metaphorically for those who reference Gehenna-Hell garbage dump outside of ancient Jerusalem. Eternal separation is being placed by one's own choice in God's garbage dump/holding prison for unholy spirits that refused to cooperate with God through His only begotten Son Jesus, the firewall and Mediator between the Holy God and unholy sinful mankind… Amen
Jesus told Nicodemus (John 3:1-8) that O.T. saints had to be “born-again” and as the Holy Spirit was in Joshua by the hands of Moses, the O.T. saints had been filled with the Holy Spirit, but not with the N.T. additional gift of the Holy Spirit who gives N.T. saints more power to overcome sin. The Father Holy Spirit speaks as He wishes and the “gift of the Holy Spirit” remains silent, speaking ONLY what He is told to speak by God the Father.
The additional "gift of the Holy Spirit" leads and guides Christians that receive Him and wait upon Him in prayer into truth and greater understanding. John 14:26 "But the Comforter, even the Holy Spirit whom The Father will send in My Name, He shall teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I said unto you." John 15:26 "But when the Comforter has come, whom I will send unto you from The Father, even the Spirit of Truth, which proceeds from The Father, He shall bear witness of Me." Jesus defines the Helper, The Comforter, as another created being, three beings, the Father The Holy Spirit, the Son, and the created Holy Spirit the Helper-Comforter, whom the Father could not send until the Son was glorified and enthroned forever at His “Right Side.”
The Spirit of Truth Proceeds from The Father. To proceed from The Father is not the same as being coequal with The Father, but a created being the Father sends to those who wish His "Spirit of Truth" and develop character and a quality relationship with Him as His "Bride" and His friend.
John 14:26 "But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My Name, He will teach you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I have said to you."
John 16:13 "When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come."
John 17:21 "That they may all be One, just as you, Father, are in Me, and I in you, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that you have sent Me." The Father is in Christ and in every believer who invites Jesus to be in their heart and be their Lord. God struggles to convince every Christian of the importance to yield and follow His Spirit every day so we may have a quality relationship in Heaven. As Jesus said, "Be Perfect as your Heavenly Father is Perfect."
Jesus said the angels simultaneously exist in the presence of The Father in Heaven and on earth performing their duties. As Christians "we are seated in Heavenly Places in Christ Jesus" Ephesians 2:6 we simultaneously exist in Heavenly places in Jesus with God our Father and here on earth in our fleshly bodies.
God wants us to intimately know Him. God offers His marvelous Life and adventure of eternal existence with Him with all who are willing to make Jesus Lord and Master. Amen
Just as God cannot "destroy" Himself, so God cannot destroy the "souls" and spirits of humans whose spirit was once part of God. All God can do is separate Himself from sinful people who do not wish to present themselves through the mediator man-christ Son of God and exile those who do not wish His True Love and Friendship in their lives today who chose to dwell in the safety of His Son's being and domain, will be exiled into a compartment or dimension of darkness, lack, shame, disgrace, and torment forever which is also called the "Lake of Fire which is the Second Death." Continued existence for ALL of the eternity is explicitly described and not a soon oblivion or annihilation, as some deceive themselves. Those who have vain imaginations and fantasize about God that He does NOT mean what He Says! But God means what He says! God cannot change and will stand by, and perform His WORD Forever.
Those who do not want to be in the presence of God and Jesus will have EVERLASTING DESTRUCTION... "Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you; who shall be PUNISHED with everlasting destruction FROM THE PRESENCE of the Lord, and from the glory of his power" (2 Thessalonians 1:6-9).
Their existence will Not be ended. But as blessings and sustenance emanate from the PRESENCE of Jesus, spiritual destruction and torment will emanate from the presence of God and Jesus forever... "God is a consuming fire." This is why tongues of fire appeared on believers starting with Pentecost in Acts 2:3. Christians are to seek the Greater Gifts (1Cor 12:31) which include speaking in unknown languages (1Cor 14:4) and allowing the spiritual flames of the Holy Spirit to help purify and sanctify you.
1Corinthians 14:3 "But he who prophesies speaks to men for their edification, encouragement, and comfort. 4 The one who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but the one who prophesies edifies the church. 5 I wish that all of you could speak in tongues, but I would rather have you prophesy. He who prophesies is greater than one who speaks in unknown tongues, unless he interprets so that the church may be edified.…"
Revelation 20:10 “And the devil who deceived them was thrown into the Lake of Fire and brimstone, where the beast [“666” is the number of Caesar Nero] and the FALSE PROPHET are also; and they will be TORMENTED day and night FOREVER and EVER.”
God cannot self-terminate Himself, nor can He end the existence of the spirits He created. They all are made of the same substance He is made of, and He cannot end His existence. Just as species need some herd, school of fishes, etcetera, so God breathed part of Himself into Adam, part of His very being, His Spirit which cannot be ended, as it will exist forever. The Angels are spirits, that are also originally part of God, and "All life" has God's breath in them, as Adam was given (Job 34:14).
Job 34: 14-15 “If He should determine to do so, If He should gather to Himself His spirit and His breath, All flesh would perish together, And man would return to dust." ALL flesh would return to lifeless dust if God withdrew His spirit. Once Adam sinned the spirit he was given "died" and was cut off from God by Adam’s sin. All life's spirits were cut off from God when the Creation was cursed by Adam's sin.
Those who choose not to dwell in the safety of His Son's being, The Kingdom, and His Domain in the New Heaven and New Earth, will be exiled into “The Lake of Fire” (Rev 19:20; 20:10,15). It was originally planned for the fallen angels (Mt 25:41). It is a preplanned compartment or dimension of darkness, lack, shame, disgrace, and torment FOREVER which is also called the "Lake of Fire which is the Second Death" (Rev 20:14). Continued existence for eternity is explicitly described and not oblivion or annihilation as some deceive themselves who fantasize God does NOT mean what He Says! God does mean what He SAYS! God cannot change and He will stand by and exist in His WORD of Jesus Christ Forever. Amen
The literal Greek phrase “eis tous aionas ton aionon, — into the age of the ages” is commonly translated as “forever and ever” in most Bible translations.
Eternal, ongoing punishment is spoken of in Revelation. First, the parallel in 20:10 refers to the devil, beast, and false prophet undergoing the judgment in “the lake of fire and brimstone,” where “they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.” This does not say that their existence will be abolished forever but that they will suffer torment forever (Rev 20:10). The ungodly suffer the same fate as their three Satanic leaders, who represent them. This identification of the fate of the wicked and their Satanic representatives is also supported by the concept of corporate representation in the OT and NT. There is no justification in not identifying the fate of those in Revelation 14:10–11 with that of their Satanic representatives in Rev 19:20 and Rev 20:10. That the ungodly are thrown into the same “lake of fire” as their Satanic leaders further confirm this (so Rev 20:15; on the “Second Death” see on 20:6, 14; 21:8). Furthermore, Revelation 22:14–15 implies that the existence of the wicked is coterminous with the eternal blessedness of the righteous.
The word βασανισμός (“torment”) in Rev. 14:10–11 is used nowhere in Revelation or biblical literature in the sense of annihilation of personal existence. Without exception, Revelation uses it of conscious suffering on the part of people (9:5; 11:10; 12:2; 18:7, 10, 15; 20:10).
Psalm 105:8 “He has remembered His Covenant FOREVER, The WORD which He Commanded to a thousand generations.”
Psalm 119:89 “FOREVER, O LORD, Thy WORD is settled in Heaven.”
Rev. 22:5 “And there will no longer be any night; and they will not have need of the light of a lamp nor the light of the sun, because the Lord God will illumine them; and they will reign forever and ever." The saints will reign forever and ever are the same greek words for the time of eternal torment of those in the Lake of Fire (Rev 20:10).
Isaiah 40:8 “The grass withers, the flower fades, But the WORD of our God stands FOREVER.” Amen
