4.) Change federal incorporation laws to promote an America First nationalism and a prosperous future for the USA. Restore national sovereignty with the Christian America Constitution Amendment that will break secret trade laws that prohibit investment in USA domestic productivity with Economic Tax Policy.
5.) Buy American made products policy by governments encouraging domestic manufacturing as much as possible.
6.) Investment Tax Credit proposed by Bill Clinton and John Kennedy of 10% for ten years to provide maximum domestic manufacturing and encouraging the closing of foreign manufacturing. The prosperity of the USA after WW2 was driven by the needs of returning troops. 9.) As former Presidential Candidate, Newt Gingrich promised $1.50/gallon gasoline is possible at the time of the 2,016 A.D. election. To achieve this “miracle” of lower-cost gasoline to stimulate the economy for years to come the export of all offshore oil must cease forever. All domestically produced energy and energy products must NOT be EXPORTED. The price per barrel of $60 suggests historically the price should be $1.50/gal at the gas pump. The problem is the export laws and foreign demand for gasoline. U.S. Law MUST be changed so the oil refineries give priority to domestically produced oil and energy products. Remaining refinery capacity may be used for imported oil and resulting gasoline and energy products.
To isolate the Supply/Demand pricing of domestic energy and energy products from being driven up by global demand is key to lower gas prices at the pump. The oil companies would remain free to import as much oil as they wish and export energy products refined from them. However, the pricing of domestic energy products completely isolated from foreign demand in the energy markets would reflect the lack of foreign price manipulation and result in stimulating the America economy helping to have a growing standard of living for years to come.
10.) Change labor laws so outlawing more than eight-hour shifts in anything outside of the retail service with a ten-hour maximum, so safety and family stability is improved.
